Best cleaning service ever! My whole family has been using The Cleaning Touch for many years. They do such a wonderful job and are completely trustworthy. I highly recommend them!! read more

I was in the market for a cleaning service for my condo and searched yelp. I decided on using the cleaning touch because they had a large number of reviews and averaged over 4 stars - and after using them for the first time, i can tell why they have such a high review average. I met with the owner for a walkthrough of my place and set a date and time for my cleaning. I am beyond impressed by the work that her team did. The place smelled great, was spotless, and just perfect. The team also washed the dishes i had left in the sink, took out the trash, changing my bedding and picked up random papers I had left around. I have signed up for the monthly service and can't wait for them to come back. I highly recommend using the cleaning touch! read more

The cleaning done was impeccable. Had some issues with coordinating walk-through appointment, but the end result was worth it. Affordable & very professional staff. read more

I called for my vacant house that is being sold. Miryan seemed pleasant over the phone and she came off for a free estimate. For my 3 bedroom house, the estimate was $280. I accepted since I had received that quote from someone else. There was dust from renovations, cobwebs, and other cleaning to be done from recent tenants. The worst was the stovetop build up, which they were able to get cleaned off really well. They even came back to touch up spots. Thank you! read more

Very good people to work with.. Doing a great job every time they come.. Fully recommend

The great reviews on Yelp are not fiction! I called Miryan for a move-out cleaning and she was able to come with Carmen on a Saturday. Needless to say the place was spotless! She was very polite and super-easy to deal with. They brought all their own supplies too! Moving is always stressful and I cannot thank Miryan & Carmen enough! I handed in my keys knowing the place was sparkling. read more

The Cleaning Touch did a fantastic job cleaning our house for resale. I was concerned that they took much longer than the time estimate, but they worked until every thing was done. It was miraculous how great our kitchen looked after their work. I found them Yelp and was glad I took a chance on them. I highly recommend them. read more

I wish there was an option to give 10 stars! I first had Miryan and her team come out to clean our new home before we moved in. Immediately after they left I knew that I needed them back every other week. Not only are they super friendly but the attention to detail they provide is amazing...they even clean my coffee pot (much appreciated as I'm a new mom)! I can't recommend them enough! read more

Great Service! Miryam is a gem and I am glad I got into contact with her. She treats your house like it's her own and is sweetest lady i've ever met. The house was spotless and I will be going back. read more

The Cleaning Touch does an excellent job cleaning homes. They go above and beyond and exceed your expectations. They have cleaned many homes for me and I have always been happy. They will do special requests and really address any problems you might have. The owners have high integrity and make sure the job is done right. I have recommended and referred them to many people and will continue. read more

I have used these guys for about ten years and have been very happy with them. They are very reasonably priced and hard working. I have never had anything gone missing after they have been to my house. They do a great job! Also, whenever I have really needed them (like before a party, etc.) they always adjust their schedule to make sure they clean my house. read more

Excellent service! Look no further! I think their pricing is fair - neither cheap nor expensive, but what matters really is attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommend! read more

I had my initial "deep clean" this morning and I am thrilled. They didn't miss an inch and it smells great in here! Between two kids under the age of four and two dogs (plus grandparents and their dog), this house gets disastrous at times! Having such a thorough cleaning is beyond a huge help. It just makes me FEEL better. i will be having regular cleanings every other week now moving forward. Thank goodness people post reviews on here! It can be so hard to find good people and I feel lucky to have found The Cleaning Touch! read more

Her team of 3 did a very thorough deep cleaning of my home! I will definitely use them again. They were quiet and pleasant and seemed willing to spend as much time as needed to get through everything I had specified. Miryan communicated via text and we were able to set up appointments. (Responses weren't always prompt, though it was over a weekend, and mine weren't either.) As long as you're fine with text communication, everything is great about their work! read more

Wow! I didn't think my shower doors could be that clean! I thought the grout was getting old and wouldn't look fresh again but I was wrong. The same is true in the kitchen. The stainless steel fronts on the appliances were perfect. I've cleaned them on my own but they never looked as good. I was impressed with how much time the team took and how thorough they were. The rugs were perfectly vacuumed -- you'd never know we have a cat. I'll be using The Cleaning Touch on a monthly basis. read more

Miryan and her team did an outstanding job!!! I was highly impressed by their attention to detail, their customer service, their flexible schedule, their competitive and friendly rates, and finally nothing but positive reviews about them from my neighbors, friends, family, and co-workers! I highly highly recommend "The Cleaning Touch". read more

They performed a move out cleaning for a one bedroom apartment. They did a great job. They cleaned spots off my walls and they gathered things they found and put them in a bag for me to take home. Very nice of them. They are great. read more

The Cleaning Touch was a wonderful service. We used them for move-in cleaning and the quality was fantastic. The home we purchased had not been lived in for awhile, so there was a lot of dust, dirt, spiderwebs, etc. and the house was SPOTLESS when they were done. It went from smelling old and musty to deliciously clean. They legitimately worked straight through from 9:00am to 6:00pm and for a very reasonable price. Communication was done primarily by text with Miryan and that really appealed to me. If I can ever convince my husband to let me hire cleaners on a weekly or monthly basis, I would absolutely use The Cleaning Touch. read more

Constantly great job. Highly recommend! Reliable, affordable and great with pets! Never a disappointment. Miryan has been an absolute pleasure to work with! read more

Once I got in touch by phone, the communication was great through phone and text. Excellent work on my house and someone even came back to redo the kitchen floor when I mentioned it wasn't great (seemed rushed at end). I used them this time to clean my house before a new baby arrives, and I will certainly use them again! read more

Wow!!! Top-Notch Professional, Efficient, Thorough and Sweet Cleaners. I called Miryan based on all the outstanding reviews her company has received and I am happy to join the ranks of the super pleased with her cleaning services. Aside from being great cleaners, Miryan is lovely and very responsive, and feels like a trusted friend as soon as you meet her. Very high caliber and lots of integrity. She met me at my house very soon after I contacted her and we did a walkthrough. She took notes on her iPhone the whole time; I have never seen anyone do that. She gave me a reasonable quote for a move-out cleaning (with my things still here) and came on the exact day that I needed her and I had a very tight window. Miryan contacted me on the way and she and three lovely young women showed up on time. She met with them outside to review what they were to do. They brought all their own cleaning supplies (the shocker was they use ALL NATURAL things like vinegar, baking soda, essential oils - NEVER have I heard of this with other cleaners), vacuum, dusters, etc. and immediately went to work. They all leave their shoes at the door outside the house as a matter of practice. Miryan cleaned with them for the first couple of hours and they had my garage apartment cleaned, top to bottom in well less than an hour, and it sparkled. No questions, nothing had to be repeated, they are pros and they just get it and do it, no messing around, it's very impressive the way they do their job. They also go beyond what you ask and make sure everything is clean. In the main house they were equally fast, quiet and efficient, you hardly know they're in the house, and I have to say, I was sad when they were finished and am very sad I can't take them with me to my new house, because they would be my permanent cleaning team. I love that they take great pride in their work and they have cute company shirts and are a team, all this is rare in today's world. You can tell Miryan and her husband love what they do and take their work very seriously. You can tell they respect and take care of their employees. Their goal is a sparkling clean house and a satisfied customer. I absolutely love Miryam, she is a very smart cookie and a joy to work with. Obviously, I can't say enough good things about The Cleaning Touch. I am just sad that I'm moving and I can't keep working with Miryam and her team. This is a stellar company, an example of how to do it all well and I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I am SO disappointed with this company that I HAD to write my very first yelp review. I scheduled for move-in cleaning service with this company. My service was supposed to be the day before my move. On the day and time of my cleaning service, no one showed up. I gave a 15 minute grace period before I contacted them, especially since some light flurries had just started to come down. When I contacted the owner Giovanni, he told me that he didn't know where his girls were so he'll call them and get right back to me. 30 minutes later, I hadn't heard back from him. I called him again, and once again he said he didn't know where his girls were that was supposed to clean my house. He said they weren't answering the phone. He said he'd call again then get back to me. 15 minutes later, he sent me a text repeating the same thing. Finally after waiting an HOUR, I called him again and he didn't answer. I waited that long because I REALLY needed to have this house cleaned before moving in. I sent him a text to tell him that I'm leaving. He replied and told me they'll do it for me the next day in the morning. I'd be at work so that wasn't going to work for me. Since they had some great reviews, I decided to give him another chance and ask if he'd send them around noon (that was the time I was actually supposed to be moving) and offer me a discount since this was SUCH an inconvenience for me, and he didn't reply. WOW! I took off from work the day of the appointment. CLEARLY they don't care about their customers or our time. If I could give them a - 5, I would. read more

I am SO happy that I used The Cleaning Touch to clean my house top to bottom. We got the Move In/Move Out clean, and it was truly amazing how beautiful everything looked when the ladies were done. They spent all day at my house, and they worked so hard. When I got home mid-day and saw the progress, I seriously wanted to hug the two women who were here cleaning. I was so happy at the results! Miryan came to my house to look at the space, and I told her about a few items I especially wanted taken care of. She took notes and was so nice, and she later gave me a price and we set a date. When the two women came to my house to clean, Miryan came with them to show them the areas I wanted especially taken care of, which I really, really appreciated. She was paying so much attention to what I requested. The two women worked all day and did an amazing job. The house looked much, much better than I thought it would look. For example, I had some things unorganized on my closet floor, and I put them in a big heap on my bed so that the women could clean the floor. When I came home, the items were all folded neatly and put in a pile in the closet. They did the same in other areas of the house, organizing loose things and making the house look so pretty. Also, I was very happy that they used natural organic cleaning products. So much better for adults but also for my little toddler. A bonus was that the women were so nice and very professional. I will absolutely use The Cleaning Touch again for a general house clean, and I recommend that you do, too. You will be so impressed. read more

Miryam and her crew helped us out at a difficult time on short notice. Our whole family is extremely pleased with their services. My mom had passed away a few days earlier, and the house needed to be cleaned before a memorial gathering about a week later. Miryam came and toured the house before giving me an estimate: $380 for the job. I told her the things that were truly bugging us, such as dirty door trim, and she gave some excellent suggestions. Her 2 crew members arrived on time a couple of days later and worked for NINE hours straight with a brief break for lunch. That's 18 hours of cleaning, which we could never have done on our own. In addition to the usual tasks, they dusted and wiped down all walls, cleaned lampshades with a brush, dusted and cleaned all framed art and mirrors, and dusted the grass cloth wallpaper and then damp wiped it. They got up on ladders to clean things on top of cabinets such as the rice cooker and the crock pot. I worked one room ahead of them decluttering so they could have clear surfaces to clean. Miryam came at the end of the day and did a walk through of the entire house to make sure I was happy. The house smelled fresh and clean, not like cleaning products. Also, it was a challenging time for my family and the team was kind and understanding. I plan to set up a regular cleaning time for my dad. Excellent company! read more
