The neighborhood itself is far from major roads and thus low crime and looks great from a distance…read more But look closer and you will see a board president who rates his own office staff as 5/5 on the Memorial Parkway Community Association Facebook page, another board member who runs the swimming team not allowing residents to use the pool during most of May, a tilted merry go round and squeaky swings at the brand new Cimarron recreation center playground, an $80,000 yearly street light budget and no plan to upgrade street lights to LED to kill that cost, and more. Worse, the board refuses to let residents vote on the HOA budget and loves sending violation notices such as "dirt on siding" on almost perfectly clean second floor roof siding that requires a $200+ pressure washing job to fix. There are also senior residents told to either move work/business trailers from their own driveways to public store parking lots because they look "like eyesores" and the current president as of this review regularly mocks residents saying they called the office to resolve issues as lazy and liars. As noted in another review, they also try and blame residents for debris on the street and other areas the residents do not even own. I would absolutely not recommend this neighborhood until it changes leadership.

Our leasing experience with this management company was frustrating due to poor communication and…read morelack of follow-through. The process took about a full month. During that time we were told three separate times that the property had been cleaned and was move-in ready. Each walkthrough showed otherwise -- no professional cleaning had been completed. We later learned there had been a water leak, which may have caused delays, but this was not clearly communicated upfront. When we first viewed the home, there were spider webs throughout and both dead and live roaches present. We raised these concerns and were repeatedly assured everything would be addressed before move-in. By the final walkthrough, the condition still had not been resolved, and an additional issue had come up. During that final walkthrough (yesterday), we were told that if we did not immediately pay the deposit, the owner wanted to move on to the "next applicants," even though the property issues had not been fixed. We were also told the owner had already "bent" by approving us, so it was essentially now or never. Once we confirmed we would not move forward under those conditions, we were then offered money off and the option to inspect the property after completion. At that point, it felt less like a proactive solution and more like pressure followed by a last-minute change in approach. There were also inconsistencies during the application process. When I initially called to ask about our application status, I was told there were other applicants ahead of us and we would be processed if they fell through. After I provided the address, the associate confirmed we were actually the only applicant. That kind of misinformation made the process feel disorganized. I understand that maintenance issues can happen and that properties owned by LLCs can sometimes add extra layers to communication. However, clear, accurate updates and accountability are essential when people are planning a move on a tight timeline. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future tenants considering this property in Richmond, TX.

I had contacted 4 Irrigation companies. Only one responded very polite, but it would be two weeks…read moreuntil they could visit our property. I called Rain Day irrigation and the owner Prospero called back in an hour! He drove out that evening and gave me a quote,explained all the steps and equipment he would utilize. Within 6 business days I had a fully operational irrigation system, The crew was very professional worked with little disruption to the property and it was difficult to tell where the lawn was dug up because they reinstalled the sod near perfect. Finally, throughout the process Prospero's communication and customer service was fantastic and always timely and respectful. After the installation he reinspected the entire system with me. He walked both my wife and I through the systems controls and was patient to answer any inquires we had. Highly recommended without any reservations!

I asked them to take care not to cut my INTERNET fiber and was promised that they would lift the fiber out of the ground. "Don't worry!" Prospero promised we will take care of it. Not 5 minutes later they cut the fiber and no attempt that I could see was made to move the cable. started digging and cut the fiber in multiple places. I work from home. Thankfully I have a hotspot and was able to at least get some work done. DON'T HIRE this company!

I've been with Poolwerx for over a year now, and I've had the best experience. When I first became…read morea pool owner, I had to learn how to take care of it properly. That's when I met Sam--he really took the time to make sure I understood exactly what to do. He also told me to call or text anytime I had questions, and he always got back to me quickly. A couple of months in, my pool heater started shutting off after just 7-8 minutes of runtime without ever reaching the set temperature. That's when I met Mike. He could have easily taken advantage of me as a new owner and recommended an expensive part, but instead, he fixed it perfectly just by cleaning the inside. It's been working flawlessly ever since. Recently, I hired them for full-time pool service, and the care and attention to detail they put into every visit far exceed my expectations. I've only ever dealt with Mike and Sam--the trust I've built with them and the consistently perfect work they've done mean I have no interest in trying any other company. While I've worked with two other pool companies in the past, I found their service and cleaning results to be somewhat mediocre, which is why I'll be staying with PoolWerx.

My pool has never been in this good shape. Michael ​i​s here every week at the sam​e time he tes​ts the water, sweep and vacuums the pool. Everything I have needed has been included in their premium service package. Right now I have one light that has stopped working and also my suction pool sweep has died. I don't have call someone else to fix them. Sam and Michael are on it and at a very reasonable price. Finally when they say they guarantee their service believe them. As long as I have a pool Poolwerx with service it. They truely are 5 star service.
