Jordan Ranch neighborhood. I don't recommend moving here. I highly regret it. The HOA is selective on who they fine and send letters to. I am someone who has a history of no letters from HOAs, just to give you an idea. LEAD is the management company and they are not consistent with the rules here. Some yards look bad, some really good. Trash cans are left out 7 days a week and they aren't supposed to be. I do everything I can to avoid getting fines and letters while others aren't getting any at all...I have gotten 3, 2 of them I had a good reason and one I just didn't know about. They did wave the fines, but it's upsetting that I keep getting letters when I go out of my way to avoid them. It's overbearing. The HOA person that comes out is not local. They are across town and don't see the neighborhood daily as I do. They don't give warnings, just mail you a picture and a violation letter and $6.50 for the fee that when you pay it it becomes almost $30 because of the online fees. It's ridiculous when you already pay 1050/yr and especially have no history of violations in other neighborhoods. It's not worth the stress living here. It outweighs the amenities. We have lived in Jordan Ranch for about 20 months and it gets better all the time. Moving into a newer neighborhood you have to expect some growing pains but the amenities are amazing for such a young community, the homes are beautiful and well built. One of the best things are the neighbors. So many wonderful people. Our neighbors are the best!! The HOA does a great job at keeping things well taken care of. The community landscaping is very nice and natural and kept in great shape. I would highly recommend this community. It's just getting better as it grows and it appears to be growing fast. We will be thrilled when the new main entrance comes in off of Pederson Road instead of I-10 directly. read more
