I had back surgery in may and was injured on the job my workers compensation is guaranteed pay more so than just my job. I also get short term disability again making plenty of money verifiable! My husband has been a member for years and has been prompting me to switch over from Cy Fair Federal Credit Union because they are always adding unnecessary fees and charges to my account. Because I was a member for ten years, it was hard for me to let go. However, the feeling surely isn't mutual because Cy Fair Credit Union does not show appreciation and respect for their customers. So, imagine my surprise when I visited Navy Fed for the first time and was treated with respect and importance. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist at the help desk. I forgot his name but he was polite and welcoming. I told him the nature of my visit, he pulled up my account, found me in the system, and directed me to get in line to speak further with a teller. The teller that assisted me was a handsome Italian young man by the name of Giancarlo. He was friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist me with any questions or concerns about my new checking/savings account. By the way, I set up my new account online and it was super fast and easy!
