The team at Triumph was beyond amazing to work with. They helped us as first time home buyers through every step of the process. James, Andy and the rest of the Triumph team were there to answer all of our questions and help us lock in a great rate and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or refinance. read more

Mark and his team were excellent. They were highly communicative and on top of every step of the process. They were always quick to respond to any questions from myself or my realtor and ensured they were never slowing down the process. We funded/closed at our title office in ~15 minutes which is unheard of (we were not an all cash deal either). Will work with them again. read more

FIVE STAR SERVICE ALL THE WAY!!! After a very frustrating experience with another lender, Alec Barainca with Triumph Lending was a true Godsend! He got us approved within a short timeline AND saved us over $7000 in closing fees! He was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. All of his communication, oral and written, was clear and concise. He was always available to answer our questions. Dealing with our relatively unique situation, Alec demonstrated true commitment and determination. Having access to in-house underwriting, he was able to offer a program that was not available elsewhere. And he couldn't be nicer! Save yourself a whole lot of time and frustration and contact Alec FIRST when shopping for a loan! read more

Triumph Lending - Closed on this beautiful house thanks to Alec at Triumph Lending! - Mortgage Lenders Near Me - Tomball, Texas

I can't say they are good or bad, but I can say their area manager needs to work on his communication skills. I went to Lending Tree to see what offers I could get based on a home my husband and I wanted built. We already had approval from 3 other lenders, but I thought it couldn't hurt to shop around. We were then made aware of issues with the property shortly after I started receiving emails which caused us to back out of building. We also decided to take a break from our search since it was the 4th time there is some issue caused by a builder, the developer, etc and it is getting frustrating. I did get many emails due to submitting my info to the site (as they warned), but didn't reply to any since there was no longer a point. But none of them were as passive aggressive and petty as this in any follow-up. So let this review be the reply to your email Peter. This is what I expect from used car sales, not mortgage lenders. read more

We worked with Alec and he was so on the ball, ready to work through everything with us. He helped us manage our mortgage through TSAHC, answering all of our questions and was so incredibly patient with our anxiety in the process. He gave us excellent advice on when to lock in our rate, which ended up being perfect because it was the lowest point in the last month!! Thank you so much for everything. read more

Matt Pierce was my loan officer on a recent cash-out refinance of my rental property. When faced with off-beat challenges he is quick to adjust to the beat. For example, he was able to work through me being a co-signer on a mortgage for a family member who had recent deferred payments and still got me a nice rate. This guy knows his stuff! Triumph Lending is a better lender because Matt is on their team. You should do yourself a favor and reach out to them for your mortgage needs. read more

Rudy is the best! I had a somewhat more complicated loan situation than most as my wife and I wanted a mortgage to buy another property first, move and then get our original property read to sell and sell it. I had requested to be contacted by lenders through some websites and I was already working with another lender when Rudy contacted me. Despite that, he answered questions or provided his thoughs on things when I e-mailed him so after firing the lender I had been working with (who turned out to be great at identifying problems, but not providing solutions), I started working with Rudy and what a difference it was! He identified any potential hurdles, provided solutions and helped overcome some non-anticipated roadblocks caused by third parties along the way. I believe we received a way better interest rate in the end on our new primary mortgage than we would have through other lenders. I would recommend Rudy to anyone needing a mortgage, especially if there is some sort of special situation involved. read more

When we first bought our home, they were watching the market for us. Once we hit a good interest rate they called us and told us to lock it in now! WOW! Recently we decided to refinance on our home and they walked us through every step of the way. Once again, they told us to hold off and they believe the rates will decrease and sure enough, it did! To this date, this was the lowest I've seen it and I don't know if I'll ever see it go this low again! Now that the market is doing a little better than when we refinanced, I am pretty sure the rates will only go back up. Tristan, who was assigned to us responded so fast even on his days off. He helped walk us through every situation and every question. He even called us to explain some things and even did some printouts for us since we didn't have a working scanner at the time. Not only that, but the owners James & Rose were available for us when we needed them, as busy as they are! You don't see that often at busy firms such as these! I am so thankful for these guys who took really good care of us and I can only imagine them giving the same kind of care and attention to all of their customers! No wonder they are top in the city of Houston! read more

Do not make the mistake of getting a quote from these people or giving them any indication you are shopping for a loan. They harass you constantly with repeated phone calls. They have called me daily for months. I've already closed on my mortgage with another bank and am living in the home and these people continue to harass me with daily calls. What a terrible way to run a business. read more

Matthew Pierce was an absolute rock star throughout the entire lending process. If I ever emailed a question or concern about the loan, I would have a response in minutes. Even when curveballs were thrown their way a couple of weeks before close, they had no problems whatsoever and the loan closed on time with the lowest rate/fees I could find. The team of underwriters were thorough and fast. I would definitely use Triumph Lending again and recommend them to anyone considering a new home or refinance. read more

Mark, Helen, and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. We had a short deadline to get closed to coordinate with our home sale and they were very efficient and far exceeded the deadline. They got everything ready to go and it could not have been more smooth! read more

I was admittedly cautious to use an "online" lender. My realtor was skeptical as well since they were offering such a low interest rate. However, Glen and the rest of the team were great about answering all of my questions and easy to contact. They also did not pressure me to commit to them like some other lenders will do. The loan closed on time and the process couldn't have been smoother. Got a great rate in a really uncertain period since the election. It was much lower than my quote from a local lender. Do your research on lenders and you can get a great rate. I would definitely use Triumph again read more

I asked for quotes from 4 different companies for my refinance and Triumph Lending came in the best. Steve Castaneda was fantastic. He was always available to answer any kind of questions and worked to accommodate me when I asked. When I got the final figures they were not different from the original quote. The whole process took about 5 weeks from signing on to closing. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are top notch. read more

David and Team were such a pleasure to work with! I have now used David twice- the first time back in 2014 to refinance and the second time just a month or so ago for a new mortgage. David and team are so easy to work with, professional, honest, and so helpful. From the initial phone call to discuss options, to the ease of me electronically signing items and submitting everything via email, to the numerous pre-qual letters needed even on weekends and evenings, and to the final disclosures and closing always on top of the game. No hesitation in using them again! read more
