Timely Communication is one thing that Steven excels at. He answered many of my questions and concerns even on the weekend and prompt at that. If you are a first time home buyer, Steve is almost too perfect since he will literally walk you through the process, educating you as to the real world of financing and buying a home. I did a cash-out/refinance loan a few years ago with Steve and his team and paid off all my outstanding debt. I went from a 3.0% loan to a 4.875% loan which wasn't too bad but because of not having any more debt, I started paying down my loan at $2000 per month. That loan had been sold to Wells Fargo who solicited me for a refinance at today's rates of 2-3%. From the start all the way until I finally told them to take a hike, the process was very user unfriendly, a run-around and they had no clue about the details of my loan even though they held it. Fortunately Steve touched base with me and I decided to try one more time with him and his team at 3.0%. Now I keep asking myself why I didn't go to Steve in the first place. Steve just refinanced my house in Austin and it was a great experience. He got me a 15 year loan in the 3% range and my payments actually went down from my old loan that was 30 years. I plan to keep this house and pay it off, so it was great to refinance. Beyond the great rate, Steve was awesome to work with. Getting a loan is kind of a pain, so it helps to have someone who is super organized and patient. He's also a really nice guy and just pleasant to deal with. Very good Company to work with. We just purchased a home and couldn't be happier with their prompt responses and attention to details. If I had to say what was the best thing I liked, it would be their availability. Steven would answer my calls and text day or night and even on weekends which is very impressive.
