UPDATE: Since my posting I have been in contact from only one person from FIT and that has been JJ. He offered to help dig my life out of the dumpster and had reached out multiple times trying to figure out what can be done about my loss items. After meeting the new owner, I was told that the new buyer did not want the house with everything inside the home as it cost an extra 1400$ to have all my things dumped out of the house. The new buyer expressed that to Stephaine. If Stephaine had that information from the new buyer, why did she not reach out to me. I am in real estate. You have buyers and sellers. JJ did his job and bought the house. Stephaine was told before the house was closed. Stephaine had the ability to reach out to me and express the new owners concern. Instead she said NOTHING allowing the deal to be closed and the new buyer to spend unnecessary money to throw my property in the dumpster. Still no one has reached out to me regarding this except JJ.
