Made it very clear I had items in the house. JJ specifically told me I would have a few weeks after closing to get my items. Closed on Monday August 19th was told I could get everything out of the house by Sunday 25th. Came to my house to find my jewelry tools etc gone and all of my furniture in the dumpster. UPDATE: Since my posting I have been in contact from only one person from FIT and that has been JJ. He offered to help dig my life out of the dumpster and had reached out multiple times trying to figure out what can be done about my loss items. After meeting the new owner, I was told that the new buyer did not want the house with everything inside the home as it cost an extra 1400$ to have all my things dumped out of the house. The new buyer expressed that to Stephaine. If Stephaine had that information from the new buyer, why did she not reach out to me. I am in real estate. You have buyers and sellers. JJ did his job and bought the house. Stephaine was told before the house was closed. Stephaine had the ability to reach out to me and express the new owners concern. Instead she said NOTHING allowing the deal to be closed and the new buyer to spend unnecessary money to throw my property in the dumpster. Still no one has reached out to me regarding this except JJ. He has been the only person that has shown any concern. Your organization lacks communication. This has cost me family items I will never get back.

Worth and never been late on the rent…read more We have always received a notice by mail or email of the rent for the next month and a breakdown of the fees, because they are never the same. We have new management who won't do this, so when rent is due, you won't know what it will be. I called at the end of September to ask what my rent will be. The manager looked me up on her computer and said it does not show, and she will call me back and email me the amount. She NEVER did! I called back after giving her a few hours to do this. No answer. I finally got someone who told me an amount, but I made an ECheck payment for the wrong amount. She said to stop the payment and pay this amount, so I did. I am elderly and disabled and hoped she would help me. 2 weeks later, I am hit with an NFS fee for canceling the wrong amount, as advised, for 75 dollars, and told I underpaid by 15.47 dollars. Now she is harassing me for this when I told her I am on Social Security and won't have money until the first. She said to pay now or face further action. She has emailed me 5 times and brought me a nasty letter. I don't know what to do. On Social Security and Ridiculous rent, she added over a hundred dollars of new fees. I was in an accident and have a dislocated collarbone and torn ligaments in my neck. She did not care. How can a human being be so cruel to someone in my condition or anyone. I placed over a dozen calls to Q10 management in Dallas and Houston. I got 1 messages and called right back; still voicemail and no return call.
