I got an email with everything produced and called in as it was half of what I paid with Allstate! My agent was Josie and is a 10/10 all around. She made a frustrating process easy, answered questions clear, was fun to talk to. She did all the leg work well before my call and I work 12 hours a day. Finding time to call companies is not fun or feasible to be on the line for an hour just to get bad news. She had better rates lined up, I paid and boom done! If you want lower rates I would recommend Josie time and time again. Superior customer service skills. Wish I could say the same for Allstate.
