I was assured by the "agent" at this branch, my duplicate payment ($1,738) would be refunded in 5 business days. In a follow up to my follow up, I was told by Bristol West, that it was processed TODAY, July 9th. I get to wait 5 more business days (hopefully) to get my money back. The person at the agency said that she followed up daily on my issue. She must not be very good at her job. Farmers claims are very good. However, paying your bill is a hassle for you. It shouldn't have to be this way.

I got an email with everything produced and called in as it was half of what I paid with Allstate! My agent was Josie and is a 10/10 all around. She made a frustrating process easy, answered questions clear, was fun to talk to. She did all the leg work well before my call and I work 12 hours a day. Finding time to call companies is not fun or feasible to be on the line for an hour just to get bad news. She had better rates lined up, I paid and boom done! We started with auto and moved to motorcycle and property policies. Common sense !!! I left Allstate and came back to State Farm due to $$. Savings. Big Mistake !!! I…read morehave 2 properties, 2 vehicles. They wanted to inspect one of the properties. No problem or so I thought. Inspector found 2 shingles that were damaged. No worries, it was fixed. He also said there were limbs over the roof on the detached garage. A metal building, 2 garage doors. Simple enough. All issues were resolved. Turns out this Idiot was talking about an old shack that has a massive oak tree growing through it. It's about to fall over. It's uninsurable to say the least !!! They canceled my coverage on my Hill Country Residence due to an Idiot Inspector. When I spoke to him on the phone, his speech was slurred. I should have told him to get off my property and wait for me to be there. I didn't. It took an act of God to get State Farm to realize their mistake based on the information from an Idiot Inspection !!! A few days later I get a check in the mail for my cancellation. I paid it for a year. I take the check to the agent's office to return it. They wouldn't take it. They said I had to deposit it and then pay em again !!! I did. I paid it for six months. I'll be moving all of my insurance to USAA or anybody besides State Farm. But Wait !!!that's not all. Both vehicles have this drive safe beacon. They track your driving etc etc. You get a discount. Ok, I'm in. One of the beacons was defective. It took an act of Congress to get my agent to order us a replacement. It finally arrived. I downloaded it, and it's working fine. Today I get a text message saying I owe them $21.00 for not using one of the beacons. I sent a message saying telling them where they can stick that $21.00 !!! State Farm is not a good neighbor !!!! Ever since coming back to the James Pearson Agency, my life has been through pure hell. They send an old wino out to inspect my property. He tells the company that I am trying to pull a scam by trying to insure a rickety old shed instead of the new metal building that is my garage.. the garage wasn't 65 feet right in front of your eyes. Unbelievable !!! This is the most messed up agency I have ever seen in my life. State Farm is just as bad !!! I hope I never need them because I know already what will happen. Go somewhere else !!!
