Usually our communication is though email and calls but never in person until I had an issue (from my end) and I had to visit their new office conveniently located from my job and home on 1960. They were expecting me right before they closed and yet they did not mind (did make it on time though) and Both Will and Amy greeted me as their long lost cousin that met though Facebook. Will and his team offer a variety of services: Auto insurance, home owners insurance, renter's insurance, life insurance along with other services and that is why I stayed with them. If I have any questions they are always friendly to help and are on demand (until 5 pm) when I call. Their prices are reasonable compared to other competitors, which ultimately even my family jumped in on getting coverage with them for the pure fact that they seen how satisfied I am with them. You can always call and feel right at home since the entire staff is on the same page and thoroughly communicate to answer all your questions and never have to rely on one representative. I am very happy to know that I can trust Will Washington, Amy and Krsitina when it comes to my needs!

In that decade two people warrant a special acknowledgement because they simply come to work to do a great job! These two exceptional people are Any Bedel and Charissa Cooks. I struggled with a home claim from hurricane Beryl until last week. I had almost given up, because I had given out from the sheer exhaustive dealings with the corporate office. These two ladies simply took the reigns and blazed a trail that could only be compared to "Secretariat" at the Belmont, because they have the heart and the desire to get the job done for the customer. If you ever need people that mean what they say and back it up by actually doing it, get over to Will Washington's Agency. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Common sense !!! I left Allstate and came back to State Farm due to $$. Savings. Big Mistake !!! I…read morehave 2 properties, 2 vehicles. They wanted to inspect one of the properties. No problem or so I thought. Inspector found 2 shingles that were damaged. No worries, it was fixed. He also said there were limbs over the roof on the detached garage. A metal building, 2 garage doors. Simple enough. All issues were resolved. Turns out this Idiot was talking about an old shack that has a massive oak tree growing through it. It's about to fall over. It's uninsurable to say the least !!! They canceled my coverage on my Hill Country Residence due to an Idiot Inspector. When I spoke to him on the phone, his speech was slurred. I should have told him to get off my property and wait for me to be there. I didn't. It took an act of God to get State Farm to realize their mistake based on the information from an Idiot Inspection !!! A few days later I get a check in the mail for my cancellation. I paid it for a year. I take the check to the agent's office to return it. They wouldn't take it. They said I had to deposit it and then pay em again !!! I did. I paid it for six months. I'll be moving all of my insurance to USAA or anybody besides State Farm. But Wait !!!that's not all. Both vehicles have this drive safe beacon. They track your driving etc etc. You get a discount. Ok, I'm in. One of the beacons was defective. It took an act of Congress to get my agent to order us a replacement. It finally arrived. I downloaded it, and it's working fine. Today I get a text message saying I owe them $21.00 for not using one of the beacons. I sent a message saying telling them where they can stick that $21.00 !!! State Farm is not a good neighbor !!!! Ever since coming back to the James Pearson Agency, my life has been through pure hell. They send an old wino out to inspect my property. He tells the company that I am trying to pull a scam by trying to insure a rickety old shed instead of the new metal building that is my garage.. the garage wasn't 65 feet right in front of your eyes. Unbelievable !!! This is the most messed up agency I have ever seen in my life. State Farm is just as bad !!! I hope I never need them because I know already what will happen. Go somewhere else !!!
