I gave him my email again (after sending via text on February 7th) and today got a quote. I checked my inbox and junk folder and this is the first quote email from them. He claims he didn't get a voicemail from me which he absolutely did. He's saying today that he doesn't respond to texts after texting me starting in early February? Come on

I was a customer for years, but they were never able to even come close to the auto rate offered by Progressive, but then when an Allstate bundle beat what I was paying for auto at Progressive and homeowners through Suzanne Brown / Texan, that made me decide to leave both of them. My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about? Well, the relationship is over now, and I'm glad to have EVERYTHING at one place, where I can look at it one one phone app.

About 45 minutes later, I walked out with lower annual premiums saving myself a couple of hundred dollars and actually buying a little more protection at the same time. A couple of weeks later, I called with a question and found that the agent that sold me the policies had left a couple of days after my visit. However, their customer service team promptly helped me with my question so no worries. I give a 3 because I have been satisfied with my purchase and service so far but don't have enough reason to give a 4 yet. If that changes, I will update this review. This mistake cost us hundreds of dollars and created completely avoidable stress during an already high-stakes process. What made this situation even worse was her behavior before and after the error. She repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and failed to listen when I tried to clarify details--details that would have prevented this mistake in the first place. When I finally called her out on the error, she took zero responsibility. Instead of owning the mistake or offering a solution, she became defensive and unprofessional, telling me "this is my agency, I own this, and you can't escalate to management." That response alone speaks volumes about her accountability and customer service standards. I do not recommend this agent. (Choose one of their 100 other agents in the area)…read more 1) Raised my policy 4 times in a FIVE MONTH TIME PERIOD! This was WITHOOUT any accidents or claims. Wow! The women in the office would not call me back. Gaston himself promised to call me several times to resolve the matter and provide customer service, this went on for 5 months and still to this day I have never spoken to Gaston. Complete disaster of an office 2) The various ladies in the office were of no help and did not call back. They blamed the 4 price increases over the 5 months were "COMPUTER ERROR." Admitted State Farm was wrong and DEMANDED I PAY OR THEY WOULD "CANCEL MY POLICY IN 2 DAYS." Being concerned, I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a manager who stated what they told me is NOT TRUE and my policy would not cancel. Basically they used an illegal industry tactic and lied to me. Very condescending on the phone and of no assistance. 3) Use lame excuses to justify why my policy was raised 4 times in 5 months without any accidents or claims. Do yourself a favor and choose another agent.
