My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. She gives me the facts straight up, explains policies in a very clear and concise way, and works hard to find the best deal for her clients. I've seen a few clients walk in, or call in, and they clearly trust and are grateful to her. She is super patient, professional and personable with them. I think the measure of a business like the insurance business comes down to the company culture, and Irene personality is a refreshing mix of both candid and competent. I feel very confident that her advice has my best interests in mind, and as a bonus she is also a lot of fun to work with. It's free to sit down and consult with her on your business/personal health insurance needs, so definitely give her a try!
