We had hail in our…read morearea last year and several of our neighbors we getting new roofs, so I called a roofer I had used in the past and asked that Allstate would send adjusters out to meet with them. The roofer said there was damage, but the Allstate adjusters would not approve the repairs. I called Welling several times but was never able to talk to anyone about the problem. They never returned my calls. The worst agency I've ever dealt with. Allstate might be OK, but do not use Welling.
