Usually our communication is though email and calls but never in person until I had an issue (from my end) and I had to visit their new office conveniently located from my job and home on 1960. They were expecting me right before they closed and yet they did not mind (did make it on time though) and Both Will and Amy greeted me as their long lost cousin that met though Facebook. Will and his team offer a variety of services: Auto insurance, home owners insurance, renter's insurance, life insurance along with other services and that is why I stayed with them. If I have any questions they are always friendly to help and are on demand (until 5 pm) when I call. Their prices are reasonable compared to other competitors, which ultimately even my family jumped in on getting coverage with them for the pure fact that they seen how satisfied I am with them. You can always call and feel right at home since the entire staff is on the same page and thoroughly communicate to answer all your questions and never have to rely on one representative.
