Used Check It Out Home Inspections of Tomball to inspect a new home. Inspector said they walked the…read moresurface of the roof and only found a kick-out flashing missing. Due to some issues, we had the roof reinspected and found over $10,000 of issues from blotching to torn shingles to damaged shingles where the surface had been pulled off to a low slope that required a pan underneath. Also, the builder did not match the A/C components. Would not use this service again.
