Jennifer is AWESOME, highly recommended and a 5 star agent 1000 times. Very professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable, communicates well, and trustworthy. She is a hard worker, creative and very helpful since day 1. Very patient with all our questions and never hesitated to clarify and provide factual answers. She kept us updated in all her communications with various parties - potential buyers, buyer's agents, lender, inspector, appraiser, title company, etc. in a timely manner. No time was wasted in matters that required follow ups. She's very prompt, clear and detail oriented. Can't stress enough how challenging it is to sell a house at this time of pandemic and economic uncertainty, but she displayed positive energy throughout the process, kept us focused, and worked with us all the way. It was also not just about closing a business deal. She showed us compassion, listened to our concerns and made sure they were addressed. We truly felt we were her top priority among all her other #1 priority clients. Thank you so much Jennifer for all your help and for all the hard work. We finally did it. Truly a blessing amidst the pandemic. Cheers and wishing you all the best. read more

I found her by searching through google. And I am thankful that she is the one I called. She is prompt in returning my phone calls and provide me a report within that day I called. She definitely went above and beyond. I live out of state and she has helped me organize and schedule handyman, landscaper, irrigation contractor and cleaners to prep my home for sale. She is also hands-on, she helped removed the weeds from my lawn, trash and cleaned the property herself. She even checked on it everyday to make sure everything goes as planned. She hired professional photographer and also made a video walk-through of the property. Sure enough in less than a day of putting the home in the market, several showings and multiple offers. She is definitely an asset. She treats the property as if she owns it. She even checks my mails for me. Definitely a keeper." read more

The Sosa and Meza Family greatly appreciates the hard work that Jennifer put in our behalf. She made this process run fast and smooth since we only had a short time frame. We lost our home in a house fire and lost everything, we lost our loving animals and all our memories with it. It was hard to find a new home to relocate but Jennifer made that process easy and full of fun moments we will all remember. She kind of became part of the familia and so did her husband, such sweet people both of them. We greatly appreciate your hard work and effort from the entire team, that also includes David Rodrigues from Interlinc mortgage services. Thanks to all their hard work we were able to move in on Christmas day 12/25/18 what a wonderful Christmas present. Thank you so much Jennifer god bless you and your wonderful family. read more
