This included have a mobile notary come to our home and staff at frontier give us a couple of calls for the process of signing all documents. Amy took good care of us! Kind, professional and most importantly patient. She helped us through the whole process with care and clear direction for all we needed to process. One we were moved in and in home we took a visit to the office to say hello and process docs for post closing. Amy was kind and helped us with that too as well as helping us understand Texas taxes and how they work given it was out first Texas home. Reception was also kind with phone calls and in person. Snacks and drink bar is generous and office decoration are a plus! Very chic which I can appreciate. Overall great experience with entire staff as buyers.

There has been new management coming in and out every couple of months. I know things happen, but I at least I expected the new management to be better at returning phone calls, or even picking up the phone during office hours.... Is that too much to ask for?! So I went to the office to pay rent (which was late yes, family emergencies do happen) and when I arrived I had to wait a bit due to the lady being on the phone selling a car. So I waited while she gave directions to someone who wanted to take a look at the car she was selling. By the way this was during office hours. I paid rent and let her know about the mold issue, which she wrote down my house number and said that Ronnie would stop by to check it out. That was February. After another sick visit to th hospital we decided to talk to family to just get out of this place. My anxiety is thru the roof! I've spoken to previous and new management for months and NOTHING has happened. And now there is a 24hr check on mold?! So what happened in Dec? Jan? Feb? I'm pretty sure management has surpassed the 24hr rule. I've never dealt with such incompetence.

I can't speak on the rest of the team because we only dealt with Mark and his assistant. I actually waited a few weeks to post this review so it wouldn't be typed out of anger. He never ran my credit to consider my debt before allowing us do a purchase agreement on for a new build even though we're in a community property state - I had to find that info out on my own. We sent emails after emails / calls after calls once we realized this and he would completely ignore us along with his assistant who I won't name. They wouldn't answer calls from our realtor or respond to our emails - IF they did it was days later they emailed back. There were literally WEEKS before we would hear from him that we can actually post proof of. We did our research and read reviews so we were dumbfounded by the treatment and the situation. What was it about us that caused such carelessness? Why us? We called it a lost and cancelled the purchase agreement losing $2000 on our first ever home buying experience. While we forgive him and have grown stronger from the experience, it's one we will NEVER forget. We now qualify for a home after all the hard honest work and guidance put in by another lender.

I received a text from Allison asking if we would like help finding a home. I can't stand spam calls and pretty much every time I looked online for houses so I would have an idea what to expect we were always contacted by another realtor. I told Allison upfront I was a planner and preferred not to be contacted on a regular schedule and that I would contact her when we were ready. She assured me that our privacy would be respected and when other realtors contacted me from my online searches I made sure to let them know I was working with Allison and that stopped all the annoying spam texts & calls. So we are officially empty nesters now and a lot closer to pulling the trigger. Allison has answered the questions I have had since last year without ever trying to push us to make a decision sooner. I'm sure it's hard to get leads and with the market not ideal realtors seem more aggressive than usual. But I originally let Allison know if she wanted to text once a month or if there was something she saw on the market that looked like a fit for us to email it to me. She has kept her promise, answering all my questions about location, new construction in our area & Eado area. I highly recommend her and appreciate her non aggressive but still very professional and helpful approach! Thank you Allison! You're amazing and I hope you get some great clients!!

Jordan Ranch neighborhood…read more I don't recommend moving here. I highly regret it. The HOA is selective on who they fine and send letters to. I am someone who has a history of no letters from HOAs, just to give you an idea. LEAD is the management company and they are not consistent with the rules here. Some yards look bad, some really good. Trash cans are left out 7 days a week and they aren't supposed to be. I do everything I can to avoid getting fines and letters while others aren't getting any at all...I have gotten 3, 2 of them I had a good reason and one I just didn't know about. They did wave the fines, but it's upsetting that I keep getting letters when I go out of my way to avoid them. It's overbearing. The HOA person that comes out is not local. They are across town and don't see the neighborhood daily as I do. They don't give warnings, just mail you a picture and a violation letter and $6.50 for the fee that when you pay it it becomes almost $30 because of the online fees. It's ridiculous when you already pay 1050/yr and especially have no history of violations in other neighborhoods. It's not worth the stress living here. It outweighs the amenities. When your home gives you no peace, it is not home.
