First, I believe that the courtesy officer is now onsite, who responds IMMEDIATELY to calls for assistance. He is polite, professional and quick to address your concern. There is also an HC Deputy and parks the vehicle up front for all to see, which we all appreciate for the added feeling of security. I think he is the courtesy officer. Second, the noise above me is still there on occasion but NOT during quiet hours. Also, after i called the CO, who talked to the occupant about it, the issue alleviated. One another occasion, the people below me had a party and the music made my apartment floors vibrate! I called the CO and he had a chat with them and no more issues at all! Management is extremely proactive in their communication and addressing issues such as parking, trash or noise complaints via email and text message. They are taking our quality of life here seriously, that's my impression. The one thing that I have noticed is that the trees on the property aren't being trimmed as before. The landscaper told me that he was told by his boss not to trim them anymore, not sure why that is. But the rest of the property landscape is clean, it could be a little prettier, but I am grateful that its clean. I hate trash and bad odors! Pest control is quick and easy. I have never seen a roach just gnats. But I control that on my own. We also have to take ownership of our own spaces and care for it. Parking is great. Plenty of spaces for me and guests. You don't have to worry about towing as long as you don't park in red-zones, block a garage or designated covered resident parking. All in all, I tell everyone I love living here.

I will not be renewing my lease when it's time. In the beginning it was nice living here but then…read moremy loud neighbors moved in and it's been horrible! They argue throughout the night, fight each other ( Domestic violence ), who knew 2 women in so called love would be horrible to live under. We've called the cops ( yup I snitched) multiple times and contacted management and nothing was really done. Also they ( allegedly ) stole our Amazon package, smh I would have confronted them myself but they would claim a man is the aggressor! Now I'm getting trash violation letters saying I put my trash out for pick up but it violates rules because it wasn't in the trash bin itself! If you ask me that's some petty shit! But yea I rather buy or lease a home than deal with this apartments lifestyle!

BEFORE people actually move in and experience the horrendous living situation, so do not be fooled by good reviews) This complex needs to be shut down or given a completely new staff and better background checks. I dealt with, lose pit bulls in the complex, the assistant manager being a bully, weed inhalation, my key fob literally just stopped working one night coming home from work (VERY dangerous and concerning) and I could go on. Do not be fooled by the kind agents when you go to tour! These women all cohort together and your concerns and needs will not be met. Daisy, the assistant manager actually canceled a service request for an electrical issue I had. Which could have led to extreme danger. she does NOT like her job. This staff is just really concerning. Overall, I lived here for a year and I had to get out. ANYONE with a great job, prioritizes peace of mind, helpful leasing agents, and a clean community, this is NOT IT!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This has by far been the worse apartment I've ever lived in. I don't even know…read morewhere to start and I have only lived here for ONE MONTH. Let me start with the biggest problem I have... 8 WEEKS FREE IS A LIE 1. There was a notice put on my door saying I have 3 days to move out because I failed to pay rent (1772 added late fees). But PER MY LEASE AGREEMENT I am entitled to a ONE TIME CONCESSION of 1525 to be applied to September and October. This reducing my rent obligations to 762.50 per month (even though I stated I wanted my full month cover). They charged me FULL rent and late fees on top of that. They did not honor what was CLEARLY stated in my lease. Maintenance unreliable 2. In my 3 third week, my stove went out and the next week my dryer went out. Besides that maintenance was not supposed to enter my home without me being there. But, yet they did. Not only that but it takes DAYS to get maintenance to fix urgent matters. Not so friendly leasing staff 3. The leasing staff specifically attitudes are not the welcoming and inviting. The lack of communication is beyond unacceptable. Anna is the sweetest one there. She should be the one running the place then maybe we will get some order. But, as for the rest of the staff rude and dismissive. This is not the place I thought I could call home. It is beyond disappointed and frustrating to deal with this all in less than ONE month of living. I will be breaking my lease and getting out of this place. PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER APARTMENTS!! Houston has so much more to offer than this.
