Because of this, I believe that we were treated as nothing more than easy commission from the start. We first worked with Kirsten on the selling end, who was slow to communicate and did not take the time to explain any of the documents she sent. Phone calls only happened when we requested them, as she otherwise relied on brief texts with minimal updates. She also did not provide any professional insight on the offers we received unless asked directly. Our home did sell, so she was effective in that regard, but the lack of initiative and guidance was discouraging. Afterward, we were handed off to Sarah Savard (the co-owner of the company) for our new build purchase. After receiving an introductory text, we heard nothing for two months. It wasn't until we reached out, only two weeks before closing, to voice our disappointment in the lack of communication and request a phone call, that we finally heard from her. During this conversation, she expressed that she did not know when our closing was (it was in 2 weeks) and, once we informed her, she said that there may not be enough time to apply the commission from our previous home to our new home closing. She also advised against getting an independent inspection, which was shocking and concerning. After this phone call, we once again received radio silence. Sarah was also, unsurprisingly, not present for our closing. She instead sent a stranger who arrived almost an hour late, did not introduce herself, and signed for Sarah's commission. To make matters worse, after closing we unexpectedly received a DocuSign from the team requesting a 3% commission adjustment, with no explanation or communication, which further highlights their lack of communication and professionalism. After our closing, we received no communication or congratulations from Sarah. This whole experience has been a huge slap in the face. The lack of communication, guidance, and professionalism was a complete letdown. Based on our experience, I could never recommend The Franklin Team.

I have no choice they don't terminate contract event I sent letter and they ignored,I file complaint to HAR they told me sent to the TREC state Attorney license commission that is only way I can do . They off my property on the market but they not termination contract that is not kind at all . I wish at beginning never see or signed contract to them it is my lesson have to carefully .........
