I would give less than one star if I could. This facility is ridiculous. Rent keeps going up and…read morequality keeps going down. Neighbors with obnoxious barking dogs and loud music are not addressed after NUMEROUS complaints. Water gets turned off, usually without notice, for maintenance that takes days on end and always smells like a swimming pool. Dogs are "restricted," but there are a number of large dogs that run around the neighborhood with no control.

What a disgusting place to live. Not because of the area or the park, because it is very nice,…read moreusually well kept, quiet, lots of trees, and just in general very homey. But the vile, disrespectful, and EXTREMELY unprofessional manager Valerie, makes this community an absolutely HORRID place to live. My family was constantly harassed for months and months by this vicious woman. Rude phone calls, rude voice mails, one-sided "community rules", etc. There were even a few incidents in which i was yelled at and hung up on by this woman. The reason? We had a Chihuahua. After we moved in and got the animal, i attempted to "register" him with Valerie in the "Community Pet Book" (if such a thing even existed), and she refused. She told us that we were not allowed to have animals, and that all of the pets that resided in the community were "grandfathered in". Not true. I have witnesses, statements, etc to prove that this was false. She would call us, leave disrespectful, unprofessional, and vile voice mails threatening us if we didn't get rid of our animal. Finally, for some strange reason it stopped. She left us alone, and even called my husband to tell him to have me bring our animals records to her for the "pet book". Relieved from the constant harassment i took the information to her and the trouble seemed to die down for a while. Months later it began again. We got our Boxer puppy. Let her know, and asked to put a fence up. She said sure no problem. I asked if the fence needed to be any particular type, style, color, etc. She said No. So we had a metal garden wire fence put up around our home. No problem. Six months go by. Let me repeat, SIX months. We get a nasty voicemail of her yelling at us telling us that we need to get rid of our Boxer because he is not allowed in the community and we have the incorrect type of fence. Obviously i was astonished. Nowhere in our lease did it state that certain breeds of animals were not allowed, and it didn't say anything about specific fencing either. Let me also point out that we were purchasing the mobile home, our lease was strictly for the lot it was sitting on. So i stood my ground. The community was full of families with pets. Large dogs, small dogs, cats, etc. Some even running loose, while ours was only outside to potty inside our fence. Why was it that my little family could not have a pet? Why were only certain people allowed to have pets? So we told her to show us where in our signed lease it said we were not allowed to have pets, and breed restrictions, etc. Let me also note that the problem was never what Breed our dog was, it was that we just had a dog. There was then an incident in which our Boxer had slid himself through the gate. He got out only that one time. So we put a latching chain on the fence so that he could giggle the gate and get through it again. One morning we let our Boxer out to potty and i noticed that the chain was missing. Now, I obviously cant say that Valerie is the one who took it, but with the excessive harassment that we had been dealing with about the dog and fence it made the most sense. We had never had anything stolen before, why all of a sudden? And who would be brave enough to just walk up to our yard/fence and take something? More than likely the person who had been harassing us for the past year. I did a lot of research and found the owners information and attempted to contact them several times. So if they are by chance reading this I hope you are ashamed of yourselves. A young couple and their toddler had to move because they were being constantly harassed by the "manager" of your community. I did notice in the months leading up to my family moving out of there, that many families were moving out. They very well could have been having some of the same issues we were having. Valerie if you're reading this I will pray for you. You obviously have some heavy evil in you to make you such a viscous, hateful woman. I am so grateful that my family no longer lives there and even more grateful that we can now live in peace.
