Brent Frisch, the owner, made sure that everything got done properly. He has great communication skills, listens very closely, and delivers exactly what's asked for. Things ended up being exactly as he promised, and he saw to everything personally. This was just a little project. But he handled it as if it was a very important project. I cannot recommend a Cypress Southern Homes, highly enough!

The first time I lost sleep was because the maintenance guy flooded my rv when he turned the water on before letting me know he was going to do it. This is twice now that I have lost sleep and can not go back to sleep before going to work. It be nice if the lawn would get cut on Fridays when I an off and don't care if I get woken up. To top it all off the management did nothing about the maintenance guy flooding my rv.

I could not be more thrilled with my new landscape lights and mosquito system. Communication was great and Robert is a perfectionist. I love the attention to detail that was lacking with the other companies I've used. So glad I found them and I plan to continue to use them for future projects and maintenance.

Fantastic company! Everyone I interacted with from my initial call to the follow up reminders to…read morethe team of technicians that did the work were all wonderful! Specifically, I needed the Mistaway mosquito system tuned up as we had just purchased a house that had the system existing. This was the second company I called out to get a quote since the first company I called completely dropped the ball and kept me waiting for over two weeks. Either way, I'm so glad I was able to use Natural Concepts! After getting the runaround from another company, I reached out to Natural Concepts on a Tuesday and they had technicians out by Thursday! Not just to get a quote, but the technicians completely fixed my Mistaway system, there was a break in the line that was underground and they had to first find the line that broke and then repair the line. They did a wonderful job! Not only did they fix the Mistaway system, but there were some landscaping lights whose electric cord broke which of course caused the nice landscaping lights to not work. The technicians fixed the lighting system as well when they noticed it and then went around the rest of my house and fixed the other lines of the lighting system! I could not have been more pleased with the two technicians that were sent to me. We absolutely love the oasis they created and are enjoying being able to be in our back yard again! Not only did Natural Concepts go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! but their final price after all work was done was less than half of what I was quoted with the other company that didn't want my business!!! If you have a Mistaway system or landscaping lights that need repair, call Natural Concepts first and avoid disappointment!

They argue throughout the night, fight each other ( Domestic violence ), who knew 2 women in so called love would be horrible to live under. We've called the cops ( yup I snitched) multiple times and contacted management and nothing was really done. Also they ( allegedly ) stole our Amazon package, smh I would have confronted them myself but they would claim a man is the aggressor! Now I'm getting trash violation letters saying I put my trash out for pick up but it violates rules because it wasn't in the trash bin itself! If you ask me that's some petty shit! But yea I rather buy or lease a home than deal with this apartments lifestyle!

There has been new management coming in and out every couple of months. I know things happen, but I at least I expected the new management to be better at returning phone calls, or even picking up the phone during office hours.... Is that too much to ask for?! So I went to the office to pay rent (which was late yes, family emergencies do happen) and when I arrived I had to wait a bit due to the lady being on the phone selling a car. So I waited while she gave directions to someone who wanted to take a look at the car she was selling. By the way this was during office hours. I paid rent and let her know about the mold issue, which she wrote down my house number and said that Ronnie would stop by to check it out. That was February. After another sick visit to th hospital we decided to talk to family to just get out of this place. My anxiety is thru the roof! I've spoken to previous and new management for months and NOTHING has happened. And now there is a 24hr check on mold?! So what happened in Dec? Jan? Feb? I'm pretty sure management has surpassed the 24hr rule. I've never dealt with such incompetence.
