When I reported an active leak, a representative was sent out, but the inspection was limited to the attic and concluded the issue was "condensation." Based on the location (directly beneath a roof vent in a laundry room) and the volume of water, that explanation did not align with the conditions observed. To move things forward, I hired a licensed roofer, who identified clear installation defects: deteriorated/aged vents and unsealed nails. The roofer completed repairs and documented the issues with photos and an invoice. Since then, I have made multiple attempts over several weeks to contact Riverway regarding reimbursement for what appears to be a construction-related defect, but I have not received a response. I would strongly prefer to resolve this directly and update this review accordingly. I'm happy to provide the roofer's report, photos, and invoice upon request. At this point, I am simply asking for communication and a good-faith review of reimbursement for the repair.

When it came down to (tomorrow is THE LAST DAY) Geo literally stopped it in its tracks. He paid all of these creditors and local and federal agencies, and did so in my father's name. You see that saved my father's name at least on paper. I cannot convey to you the rapport I felt with Geo having risking this much money, and again saving my father's overall good name by paying all these bills. After everything was said and done Geo had turned this dilapidated home (albeit with good bones) he did a top to bottom overhaul remodel. I mean this house was in visibility terrible condition, and if you walked into it today you'd swear you were in a newly built home. Furthermore after Geo saved us from the auction block humiliation. HE EVEN KEPT HIS WORD FROM THAT DAY WE 1ST MET AND PAID MY SISTER AND I EVERY PENNY HE PROMISED.
