I can vouch for his professionalism, his ability to negotiate and above and beyond his character as being both a solid stand up guy in the community but he looks for the win in every situation. I also live in the Heights and am a member of Nextdoor which is a neighborhood app where, like Yelp neighbors discuss everything from lost pets to contractors and vendors they find that are good to work with or not. If I am correct you are the guy from HousePro and there was a lot of people on the group that were discussing (I am assuming what you are calling the "fraudulent reviews" that he passed on to you.) I remember him asking if these people had sent you these messages? Would they mind having you as a temporary member so you could see what people were saying so you can figure a way to make things right because you are a business man and no one wanted to grant you membership so he asked if he could pass the reviews on to you, so you could see how you were being perceived and what word of mouth was doing to your business. The point is you are killing the messenger. Ozzie was in fact showing good intentions by giving you heads up that there was a significant amount of people in our neighborhood that was disappointed in your services. Your yelp reviews and your own facebook reviews reflect that and you are throwing a really great realtor with a good heart and good intentions under the bus because he was just trying to help you see how your business was being seen. That's on you. I have no plans to change my realtor based on your review. He has educated my wife and I on how to better use our home as an investment. He has assisted us in finding the right lenders that not only suited our needs but gave us the best rates. He is detail oriented and deals with the little things with as care attention as he does the big things. Most importantly when ever we need a referral for work around our house, he is the first call we make because he carefully vets everyone he refers. read more

I've been in real estate 16 years and have worked with several brokerages of different sizes. It's hard to manage contract employees and have them all adhere to a broker's standards of service - much less over 700 agents... that said this broker does as much as possible to communicate and educate its agents to protect their clients' interest and our legal liability in thousands of transactions every year.
