These folks are great, have always been quick to fix and answer anything. I've lived around Houston and they are the kindest and most patient landlords I've ever had to deal with. Always on a positive note and very attentive whenever I have an issue with anything, which honestly I've had very little of. When I first moved in, there were a few bugs, but they made sure it was all taken care of. Anytime I called or texted about it, Evan and Shana sent the exterminator, whose name is Sam, and he has a great attitude and always made me laugh. When I first moved in, there were gate doors that were completely out of commission. Being that I have dogs, I always want them in the front yard to guard my house. I knew it was a lot to ask for and didn't really expect them to fix the gate without me bugging about it, but they got it done pretty quickly considering that it wasn't an absolute must AND I only asked once for it. I feel very safe and pleased with my home. These aren't the kind of landlords you gotta hound to get things done, they stay on the same page with you and will let you know what's going on every step of the way.
