After completing the most recent online order, I noticed the order had my old address. I immediately called the customer service number to let them know that the address was incorrect. The person I talked to said there was no way to change the address once it was at the warehouse - which made no sense to me. I called back about an hour later, and the 2nd person said that she would call the warehouse and get the address changed. The change was never made, and the package was sent to the wrong address, and I never received it. Since then, I have been plagued with calls from Torrid and the Torrid credit card company about payment of goods I never received.

Clothes were neatly folded and hung, the store was open-feeling and clean, and employees were friendly and helpful. It was a nice change from other department stores in the Tri Cities.
