Asked me what I was doing and when I said waiting for a movie to end she said I should go to Barnes and Noble. The clothing looked nice and high end. After completing the most recent online order, I noticed the order had my old address. I immediately called the customer service number to let them know that the address was incorrect. The person I talked to said there was no way to change the address once it was at the warehouse - which made no sense to me. I called back about an hour later, and the 2nd person said that she would call the warehouse and get the address changed. The change was never made, and the package was sent to the wrong address, and I never received it. Since then, I have been plagued with calls from Torrid and the Torrid credit card company about payment of goods I never received.

I just tell Gloria I want to get my wife something for her birthday and she shops for me, while I lounge in the comfortable leather chairs set off in one corner of the store. Gloria selects two or three items, I pick one and I'm done. Totally painless. Not only does my wife always love her selections, but when she goes to work the next day her friends comment " that is so cute, where you get it". " My husband got for me at Gloria's." It is like giving two gifts.
