This Macy's has a distinct advantage over many other Macy's as it is at least 50 mile away from any other Macy's and it is at least 150 miles away from any Macy's of comparable size. The entrance to the store from the center of the Mall is typical in that it opens up into the Cosmetics department. Women's shoes are also prominent as they dominate the right side of the front of the store. The rest of the main floor is dedicated to women's, young women's fashions including jewelry and accessories. Downstairs you will find all the housewares, luggage, mattresses, lingerie, dresses and clothing for the more mature/curvaceous woman, The men's and children's departments have been relegated to another section of the Mall and require you to make a two to three minute walk past the food court to find them. Apart from the separation of men and women, this store does a pretty good job of catering to everybody's taste. On most Saturdays throughout the year, you will find this Macy's full with shoppers. There are three additional outside entrances to this store, one on the lower floor and two on the right and left side of the main floor. If you pick the correct entrance, you can purchase a Starbucks coffee on your way into the store to make your shopping experience even more enjoyable.

We hadn't even had it a month and one of the seat started separating on the leather. I called someone out three times and they would not do anything. Do not buy furniture from Macy's! We paid over $5,000 dollars and what a waste!

I have had not just one but 2 incidents here where the cashiers have screwed up. I don't know if they're overworked/not getting enough breaks or something but some are like zombies. And very much not paying attention. First situation - I came here and bought a bunch of things including a sweater that had security tags. Came home and realized they weren't removed. Fabulous. (By then I had thrown the receipt away) Drive back to the store. This quickly turned into an hour long ordeal of having to look up my purchase on their system to confirm that no, I did not steal it, before they could take the darn thing off. I mean I understand security is important but the whole thing stank of underlying "suspicion" to me. Like they seemed so ready and eager to just say there was no record of my purchase because I couldn't produce a receipt and there was nothing they could do for me. (Yes, they did eventually find it) Second situation - went there recently and had a total shopping spree. But the girl who rang me up was not only rude/unpleasant, but also totally screwed up. here I am taking my sweet time looking at the impulse buys near the front. I was excited to see they had some Made in Canada stuff and I was no rush to leave right then. There was also nobody else in line. The cashier in front of me was wrapping up with someone else so I figured I'd go up in a minute or two. Then I hear the girl next to her yell "Next in line!" and kind of ignore it. Like I figure she can clearly see I'm still browsing. Not even 20 seconds later ... "NEXT IN LINE"... And at this point I'm a little shocked and I'm like "Yea I'll be up there in a sec! I'm still looking!" But then I felt kinda awkward/rushed and I obliged. This chick was in NO mood to be in customer service. As I put up my items I told her how nice it was to find nice dresses. Zero response. She then asks me if I want a bag (I came up with a cart full of stuff. Umm yea?). I ask her to please use multiple bags. I'm also trying to make things as convenient for her as possible, figuring she's just tired. I take off the hangers as I give her the dresses folded. I remove one bag that she filled up, then notice one other bag still on the bag hooks up as I run my card. I finished my purchase and turned to grab my bags. This girl didn't bother to remove the second filled bag from the rack so I went to grab it myself. I kind of looked at her to make sure there was nothing else. No response. Grabbed my two bags and left. I get home and unload everything to put stuff away. I notice immediately I am missing stuff. It dawns on me that yes, there WAS a third bag! One I had no way of seeing or knowing was there. I called the store. The associate told me that Lo and Behold, a bag was left! I told them exactly what was in the bag to verify my claim. Luckily, there wasn't a lot more security verification after that and the women who helped me were pretty nice. So clearly they do have some responsible people who work there but you just need to be vigilant with the cashiers. Ross has become synonymous with hassle in my mind but I'll be back cause I love their stuff.

A gift card was bought for the Xmas (2019) prior to world shutting down (March 2020) for their lash Esthetician.....wasn't able to use it DUE TO COVID...AND THEN when they finally opened I immediately started to call back to see if they had a lash girl thru the last 18 mths ...was told no no not yet....Then I got.lucky and October they got 2 girls who could.do lashes...(thank hod) as I used to.love sun-kissed tan in fact so much it prompted me to.go get my own tanning bed and hubby knew to go there to buy a 300$ gift card for my lashes to support local and once my favorite place..... so between October 2021 and End of November 2021 I was rescheduled 5xs with a final.call from ABBI THE MGR saying she was so sorry however their Lash girls.both walked out and quit and they will no longer be offering beauty services...."omg abbi" I sa8d...I jabe this gift card that was bought for.me to use exactly.for this...she stated "I'm here till 6 pm mon-fri" come on in and I'll get it taken care of for.ya ...I explained I don't need tanning At this.point I'd just like my money refunded.... So today 2 weeks after speaking to her I go in and standing there UNMASKED she snidely tells me she Did say she'd get.it taken care of but it plainly reads "non refundable" on back of card so I need to pick out lotions or a tanning pkg.....whoa wait...thats not she said on phone ...so I ask to.speak with her mgr(yes a Karen move ‍sorry)where she plainly was dumbstruck said she'd email me the number...I said ok no worries I'm waiting... I'll check my email b4 I walk out...go ahead...and she still stares blankly aT me....what's the difference between email and writing the number down I asked.... idk....however eventually she Flys out door next door to GOLDS GYM to get the gm (sharon) there who repeats same thing as she (abby) did (I'll give them props for backing up their employee) but services not rendered are services not rendered....period....I don't need tanning bed....I don't want to register the card as encouraged....I want my husband's money back so we can use it for a personal family matter at this time and no matter what ITS XMAS TIME...A PANDEMIC WAS JUST IN ORDER where I didn't feel safe to venture out let alone state mandates didn't allow lash services AND MY GOD....WHAT DOES IT MATTER IF U GIVE ME MONEY BACK SINCE U ARE NOT OFFERING BEAUTY SERVICES OR NOT....WE WILL BE GOING TO SMALL CLAIMS TAKING WORK OFF AND WILL NEVER EVER RECCOMEND SUNKISSED OR GOLDS OFF DUPORTAIL.....to boot I was offered a gym membership which was insulting....super imsulting...thank god I already have 1 at planet fitness...idk super sad as they lost buisness...and customers make the world go round....
