Worst customer service EVER! I bought a wallet on-line, and although it looked good, it just wasn't right. I've emailed them twice asking about how to do a return, and NO RESPONSE!! Kids clothing selection is crap. Whole place stinks like Sephora. Checkout a big ZERO. Not friendly or helpful. Wouldn't go back.

After looking at the options around town on the net, I decided to go look for mens earrings at Kohls. I have never previously had a particular reason to go into the store, had to look at a map of town to remember where it is. The huge parking lot had a few vehicles in it, but there did not seem to be that many people in the store. Those that were were standing in a ridiculous line for the couple of clerks manning registers. Shelves and display cases were noticeably low on inventory. I wandered about the jewelry area until a harried looking woman showed up and wandered back behind the counters. I asked her a couple questions, then she had to go "I've got to go do register duty" was all she said, and poof, gone. I wandered around a few more minutes then decided to leave. On my way out, a manager type wandering around in a headset made sure to stop me and inform me that I can't be leaving my expensive ebike parked discretely out of the weather and off to the side of the big, empty entry area at the front of the store. There were no bike racks or reasonable places outside to lock it up, it was causing no trouble nor was it remotely anywhere near being in any bodies way. I'll not enter a Kohls again, and, would suggest that anybody considering shopping there strongly consider shopping elsewhere, any where else. I give it one star only because the review would not post with zero stars. It deserves a negative one star, place is crap. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to love this store, and it was our primary location to shop for clothes, gifts, etc. spanning several thousand dollars a year. We unfortunately timed our last purchase of $15 on the last day of the billing cycle after we had paid our bill in full. We inadvertently thought we had paid the balance since we didn't receive the bill via our email. Fast forward 35 days, and I got a call from kohls that our payment for $15 was late, and they had added a $35 late charge. I called them and explained that in over 20 years, I had never had a late payment and never received this bill. They apologized profusely and removed the late charge. However, they reported the late payment which resulted in a 70 point hit to my credit score. I contacted them and again told them I didn't receive the bill, but they disagreed and refused to make it right. In that 30 day window when the bill supposedly came, we received more than 50 marketing emails from kohls. We didn't find the bill, but how is the average person supposed to weed through all of that junk? I am going to keep my card because of the length of credit, however, I don't really intend to give kohls any more of our money (maybe a candy bar on my kohls card every 6 months just to keep it active). They used to be the best for customer service, but that has gone by the wayside. Coupons aren't valid on most items in the store, the lines are horrendous, they removed more than half of their registers, and customer service is awful. This is one store that I'm okay with going out of business based on their decisions. This was over $15 from a 20 year loyal customer. read more

I went here for their grand opening. Lines everywhere! People want medium and low cost clothes and housewares in the Tri-Cities! The liens and traffic congestion did die down after a few days. I was VERY impressed not only with the energy and positivity of the new young managers and their staff, but also of their willingness to listen and to work with many customers. I saw heaps of clothes left over from being tried on from dressing rooms and happy employees getting them sorted out. I sense that the management had prepared the employees emotionally well for the big rush and their attitudes of happiness and acceptanc eof retail reality as far as the work goes was outstanding. ( NOTE I was then working part time for a very upscale womens clothing store nearby - which I choose to not discuss.) Now to the clothes- some were not as nice as they looked in the brochures. Some with very thin material. There were many more choices and styles than in the brochures! The sales prices were tremendous. read more

I recently discovered Kohl's. I must say I'm sad I didn't start shopping here long ago! Overall, the thing I enjoyed most was that even though I was here on a Saturday, it was nice and quiet inside the store. Clothes were neatly folded and hung, the store was open-feeling and clean, and employees were friendly and helpful. It was a nice change from other department stores in the Tri Cities. I also was pleased to find a nice selection of clothes that were cute and feminine AND reasonably priced. The clothing is of decent quality. Housewares were also very nice. They have a lot of trendy artwork, too. I must say that I will be shopping here more often in the future. It IS a pain to get to, but that's perhaps why it's so nice and quiet. The sales floor was disguising. I was appalled. I didn't want to have to search for a specific pair of jean's for my husband. Sales staff were very helpful with my search but were not bothered by the condition of the mens department. Shocking. read more

All I can say is WOW. Everything you need and all the things you think you need but dont. Great layout and very helpful employees. One of the employees Hayley was so helpful and kind. She seemed to know every inch of the store up and down. She helped me find everything I needed and was very patient with all of my questions. I came here with some friends the other day and we saw a lady walk in the store (we found out later that she was a worker) so we decided to go in 13 minutes early too. In the front there is a first and a second door to get into the actual store, we figured out that the doors weren't opining so we just decided to wait in the middle for ten minutes until they did. No one else had a problem with it until this lady with her boobs basically OUT of her shirt came in and turned around and told us in the snottiest way possible "you guys aren't allowed in her you have to leave" we did but real talk, if you wanted us out you could of said it way way nicer, maybe explain why? It was super cold outside and my car doesn't have a heater so we had to sit outside for thirteen minutes. Then when it opened I bought three things and it was over 50 dollars. I only came here because I got a gift card but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. If I saw the lady again I would tell her that she works at a store not a strip club. Cover up. read more
