They did not greet me when I walked in nor asked if I needed any assistance as they passed me on the sales floor. When I walked into the dressing room the attendant looked at me as if I was in the wrong place and acted as if I should just know that I'm supposed to walk in to try things without letting them count how many items I have. After completing the most recent online order, I noticed the order had my old address. I immediately called the customer service number to let them know that the address was incorrect. The person I talked to said there was no way to change the address once it was at the warehouse - which made no sense to me. I called back about an hour later, and the 2nd person said that she would call the warehouse and get the address changed. The change was never made, and the package was sent to the wrong address, and I never received it. Since then, I have been plagued with calls from Torrid and the Torrid credit card company about payment of goods I never received.
