I would look for different stle just to find something that I can take home that day because that is the purpose of going to the Uniform Store vs. buying online is to be able to buy scrubs RIGHT AWAY. After browsing the store and changing my choices just to find the right size, still to no avail. The lady at the store told me she can order it for me and will be delivered in 2 weeks and they will call me when they got it. I was already thinking, I made a mistake because I usually order from koihappiness.com for a lot lesser price and I can get it in less than 2 weeks but I do not know, I did agree to order it anyway. After more than 2 weeks, I checked for my order, I was told sometimes it takes more than 2 weeks and found out they got my number wrong too. I waited until after 3weeks, I called again, lady says,I will get a text when it comes sometimes there is a delay in delivery. Finally, today, after a whole month, I called again, she asked me for my phone number again and description of my items then she would call me back and let me know what was going on. After a few hours, I got a text, saying my items are back ordered and it will take 2 more weeks to get delivered. I have finally had it and demanded a refund. Apparently, my money will get refunded in 7 days. We will see if that will happen.I will keep you updated because, there are some incompetent employees in that store and I will never do business with them anymore. There was just one person here working the store, and he was able to handle the three of us customers just fine. This time I wanted to go for a style that was non-bootlike and they had two options (wish there were more). I went for the one which looked like a running shoe. It was surprisingly very comfortable. The choice was made. I asked if I could get some insoles, and the gentleman picked some out for me. Put those in and dang--I was sold. (I always look forward to the opportunity of wearing these shoes when I'm workin' at the lab at work!). A cool note---the guy threw in the insoles for free! (they were ~$10). Oh, and another note, this store will be moving up near Bonefish in the next few months (man, everyone's moving up there!).

I knew I wanted my own equipment to ski comfortably and apparently it's changed a bit since I went in the 90's lol. Greg showed me several different boots, measured my foot, gave me pointers on picking ski's and the difference of each style, level of ability, width...which was really helpful. He spent at least 20 minutes after I picked the boots I wanted fitting them to my foot so they fit like a glove. Haven't decided whether I'll rent or buy ski's yet but I know I won't regret getting these boots and will be back when I figure out how often I'll be skiing. This store has been around for ages and I highly recommend getting your athletic gear from them. You won't find the great customer service that they provide at the online stores.
