If you're the sister to one of the ladies that work in there and have a daughter around 2. Your sister was in there talking all about your child and you. About how you won't medicate your daughter because she thinks she has ADHD and your whole family disagrees with you. And your daughter has autism because she doesn't like wearing her clothes. The owner had lots of "expert" parenting advice about it all. The whole conversation was done around a costumer and they were sitting at opposite ends of the store loudly talking about it. I'm 5 months postpartum and was asked how far along I am... rude. The prices for used clothing is ridiculous here. I came from out of town and she asked from where and when I answered she laughed and said "....yeah I don't need to know about ____" and then went quiet the rest of the time I was checking out. Major mean girl vibes in this store. I wish I didn't even complete my purchase and walked out. Will never be going back. read more

The selection is okay. Overpriced in my opinion there is much better places in Tri cities.the service wasn't bad but the price for the kids clothes was a bit much. Most clothes were pretty worn down and dingy even for a thrift store. read more

The owner Heather was so helpful. I was last minute shopping for clothes for my two girls heading out for camp in less than 24 hours. I needed shorts and stretchy pants as everything in our house seemed to have a hole in the butt! She helped me locate items for my little and big girls. Some things were even 50% off. Happy to shop local. When I can get clothing less than 5 minutes from home and it washed and ready to go, I count that as a win. read more

I do not recommend new 2 u kids. I had the owner come to my house to buy my daughters gently used, and some never worn clothing. She took a ton of items and offered me BOTTOM DOLLAR for everything which is okay because I dont mind supporting small businesses and i wanted to help. I was given store credit and used it to buy a jumparoo and some other clothing as well. When I went to pick up the jumparoo it was loaded into my truck for me. I got home and got it out only to discover it was absolutely filthy and caked with dirt and other things. There was old food and sticky juice stuck to it and there was also MOLD on the sea shell toy that opened up. On top of that I put new batteries in it and it didnt even work at all. it takes alot for me to complain about something. I'm a pretty easy going person. I messaged her and let her know I was unhappy and I was given a refund of store credit. Cool, I can buy other things not a problem. I use the store credit to buy some other items I was satisfied with. I then participated in a live auction they did since the stores are closed. I bid on a $5 grab bag full of items. When I went to go pick up my purchase I was really bummed and upset because almost all the items where stained and not even wearable. I then left a comment on a post about my purchase and how I was upset only to be left a long response downplaying my complaints, lying about the condition it was in and banning me from the store and not wanting my business due to my complaints. I also had about $15 of store credit left on my account from the items she purchased from me which I wont be getting back which also means she is taking more of my money. I'm not okay with this but I cant do much about it. she basically got all my things for free. That's just bad business. and after all was said and done she threatened to get a restraining order on me for making a complaint and backing them up with our text conversation and then lied and accused me of cursing at her which never even happened just to save face on the post. everything about this is so wrong and does not sit well with me. I am done with this place. This owner cannot handle complaints in a professional manner whether its through message or on a post. read more
