I felt like there was a decent amount of clothing to choose from, the store was very organized and it was easy to find what I was looking for as far as gender and age ranges for clothes. I thought the prices were a little on the high end for used clothes and I had to be very careful to look over items as a few items had stains or holes in them but were not marked accordingly. With that being said, I was able to find multiple outfits for my grandkids. I loved that the Carhart, Wrangler, and certain brands were separated from other general clothing for easy shopping as I tend to gravitate towards those brands as I like the way they hold up and they are cute. The reason the store loses a couple of stars is because I could hear the employees gossiping about other people while I was shopping. They were talking negatively about people (other co workers and later customers). I found this extremely unprofessional not to mention just unkind. It was odd to me that the entire time I was shopping not one employee asked if I needed assistance but they found time to stand behind the counter talking poorly about others. Management is horrible here. They clearly don't understand how to keep things professional when talking to their employees and berating them in front of customers. Their prices are high and their clothes are pretty low quality for a second hand store. I don't recommend coming to this place. So I have bought and sold A ton of gear and clothes from this place. Then I bought a jumper from the store in March 2025 for my baby. It was sold to me with a missing toy. We didn't think anything of it fast forward to now I go to sell it back to them and they won't take it because there's a missing toy and it's a safety hazard so this place will sell you toys and gear that are safety hazard but then not take it back because there's a safety hazard. Literally will never buy our sell from this place ever again and they also called me a liar when this happened and I called them out on it. They also have "red lists" of items and clothing they won't take and you don't know about it until you take time out of your day to bring in clothing that they will turn away with nothing wrong with them because they're on a "do not take" list. Have wasted my time multiple times for a couple of clothing items to be taken. Huge scam, they take your item for less than half of what you bought it for and sell it for 70% or more of what it's worth. read more

I went to there Wild West drop on Saturday . I will start with the positive the line went fast and they were good with making sure no one was pushing or shoving. The negatives would be the quality of the items. I got them home and did a gentle wash on all of the items and was sad to find holes in the pjs I bought for my son. When I was there I was going to buy multiple pjs but noticed most of the pjs with feet had holes in the feet so I passed on those but wish I would have taken a better look. I haven't been able to check the other clothes so don't know if those have holes or not. I also bought a barn toy which was in great condition. I might go back for books or toys but wouldn't recommend the clothes because of quality . The only reason I gave 3 stars was the toy was nice. read more

I came in to get my granddaughter a few things, and was so happy for the help employees gave me. I described what I needed, and they went right in and found it for me. The employees were so fun and helpful. The store was clean and organized with so many cute things, I just had to pick up a few more things and I had planned. Recently, I visited this store with my two-year-old son. We were looking forward to a pleasant shopping experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. To my surprise, we were told that my son wasn't allowed to touch the toys. As any parent knows, children are tactile learners and love to explore through touch, especially when it comes to toys. While I shopped my son was looking at the toys, he would grabbed a toy he liked and a worker there would approach him and say, "oh can I have that." This happened more than once. I thought it was another customer buying the toy so I let it be. But come to realize, everything he touched would get taken from him. My son got upset because this lady kept taking things from him and finally had it and was crying because he was upset. She then had the audacity to say my son was making a mess around the store. There was no toys anywhere or anything in his hands because she wouldn't allow him to do anything. What upset me even more was the customer service. The staff was not just unaccommodating but also downright rude to my child. As a parent, it was disheartening to witness such behavior. We walked out of the store, and she was pointing at us in our car talking rudely about us before we had even left the store. You don't treat customers like that. Especially when you advertise as a children's store. I believe a store should be a welcoming place for all customers, including the little ones. Therefore, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this store to anyone who shops with their children. I hope this feedback encourages the management to improve their customer service and create a more family-friendly environment."
