I started shopping in Over the Moon when Susan first opened when my son was a toddler (He is 40…read moreyears old with three kids of his own). He eventually "outgrew" the store, but only size wise. So when I needed a few special baby gifts I was so happy to see the store was still open and Susan was still running things. It was a beautiful store back then and is just as lovely now. Absolutely beautiful clothing, everything displayed perfectly with a great selection. Susan knew just what I was looking for and made my purchases so easy. I have to repeat how thrilled I am that Over The Moon has made it through and hope they are there for a a long time to come. Susan and staff too.

She could not have made the experience more uncomfortable. She reprimanded me for breaking it and then indicated that I was going to have to pay for it. While I get that it was my mistake, I had just dropped $200 and this was a $5 bracelet!!! Ultimately after reprimanding me like I was a child, she said she would forgo the $5. Apparently the $5 was more important to her than keeping a customer. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.

We started the process around April where I sent Jessica some photos of the inspiration dress and she quickly recommended her Lilian White Satin Tulle Dress. My sister in law and I made an appointment for my 2 nieces where we enjoyed our time in the adorable Tutu Spoiled boutique. The girls had a blast trying on some veils and gowns and loved the "I said YES" photo op with the chalkboard sign following. The selected dresses came with the matching ivory bow and the girls looked beautiful in them walking down the aisle on our wedding day. My sister in law left that day with 2 additional dresses for the girls' dance recital and has been back again to purchase a communion dress.
