This was my first visit to this restaurant, met with a friend I haven't seen in a few years, to catch up. Our server was fantastic and checked on us multiple times throughout our get together. Ordered meatball sliders as an appetizer and a slice of Godiva chocolate cheese cake. Food and dessert came out fresh and were delicious. They have outside seating and their restroom was spotless.

Al fresco-ish.

First time at this Cheesecake Factory location. I mostly like the chain for to-go orders because I haven't been to one where the service was stand-out and surprise, surprise, this one is the same. My server was nice enough BUT had to come by. I chose to dine outside since the weather was perfect and there were hardly any other diners in the place but she just didn't come around as often as I liked. And I had to wait a while, again, for the check. I almost wanted to do a dine and dash since she took so long. In any case, my cheesecake was good.

Louisiana Chicken Pasta
Pablo A.

Great service and were not shy with bringing more bread. I ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta, it was a little oily and needed more sauce but was still decent though. I also ordered Crusted Chicken Romano and to say I am left speechless with how much I love is dish from here is an understatement. I would gladly eat the Crusted Chicken Romano as a death row meal. My one knock though is the utensils are not always clean, stay vigilant.

The first rude hostess and the manager that was also very rude.

Called at 8:03 was told 10-15 minute wait. I asked if we needed to put on a reservation or waiting list and they said no. We arrived 13 minutes later and they changed it to 40 minutes and the lady at the front (lady in the photo in the background) said I didn't call and they have not had a 10-15 minute wait all day. I showed her my phone that I had called and she said I don't know what to tell you. I asked to speak to the manager and she came over was rude and said it's 40 minutes now and you won't be seated any earlier. I said but I. Called and asked she said I don't care we tell everyone the time can change at any time. I asked for her name she said Adrianna I asked for the employees name and she refused to give it to me and then tried to stand in the way when I snapped a photo of her. Then she told us to leave which we were walking out the door and she shoved my husband out the door. Update to add... they responded on the google review and requested I fill out a form for them to contact me. I did and no response.

The food was very good but the experience could be a little better. From the mall entrance, I did not know we had to walk through the whole restaurant to get to the host. I did not know what to do at first and felt awkward. It is, quite tiny in there, that being I felt I was elbowing the people next to me as I was dining. As well as it being very loud and me not being able to hear the my family across from me. Food did not come out in a timely manner we had been sitting waiting for food. But at least it but very good.

Our hostess Jomei our server Chastity and the manager Tyree were some of the best people we have ever met in hospitality. We were there during lunchtime and although they were busy they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Our food was great. My wife had a dirty martini and I had a Georgia peach.

SkinnyLicious Grilled Branzino**

Started with the Branzino and ended the meal with a slice of Pumpkin Cheesecake. Before bringing the food the waiter brought complementary bread. All in all the food was good and the atmosphere is a typical Cheesecake Factory, just a little smaller than many others. Worth trying if you've never been and seaworthy going back to again in the future to try more dinners on the extensive menu.

The Cheesecake Factory is a restaurant chain that specializes in American cuisine and Cheesecake. This location can be found in Whitehall at the Lehigh Valley Mall. Service was spot on at this location my entire visit. The host was welcoming, our table was ready on time, and our server Zaia was awesome. She knew the menu very well and made some great recommendations. I ended up ordering the Thai Lettuce Wraps and the Louisiana Chicken Pasta. Both delicious. The entree was a little greasy, but that's my only complaint. Pickup and delivery are both available. Reservations must be made on the website. SkinnyLicious Asian Chicken Salad, delicious!
Cassie C.

I have been a fan of this place for years. It is great to have a location in the Lehigh Valley. My go to is the Chicken Madeira which is amazing, but today, I tried the SkinnyLicious Asian Chicken Salad. It was light, refreshing, and delicious. There are many many choices, and I usually like them all. Their specialty bar selections are awesome as well... I love the raspberry lemon drop. The service is great as well. Chris H, at the bar, was fantastic! Definitely a great spot, so be prepared to wait.

First thing I'm going to say is make reservations. Our server was overwhelmed with the amount of tables she had but she was still very attentive. We ordered the street corn and crab balls which were very good. Our main courses were also great. I had the steak Diane dish and the steak was cooked perfectly. This was after the kitchen manager came out to apologize for our meals being late because my steak was originally overcooked. We offered cheesecake to go and it was delicious later that night.

It's open Wednesday through Saturday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. My friend and I made our first visit early Friday evening. The service was good, and the food more than lived up to expectations. We started with tender, well-seasoned beef skewers, crispy buffalo wings over blue cheese, and perfectly cooked roasted cauliflower paired with a tasty tzatziki sauce and pickled onion. For my entree, I ordered the maple-glazed short rib. It was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, and came with creamy sweet potato puree and roasted shallots. My friend ordered the rich, deeply flavorful bolognese. Although she received the small plate portion rather than the entree, it wasn't a major issue as we had more than enough food. There are still many items on the menu I'd like to try, and after such a strong first visit, I'll most certainly be back.

Unfortunately, there was a strong cold draft at floor level, leaving our feet uncomfortably cold throughout the meal. The hostess was sweet and greeted us with a smile. The food service was unremarkable. Our waiter was not particularly friendly nor personable. The drinks were a weak start. The red sangria was poor. The bourbon cocktail was an odd mix of bourbon, apple cider, and other elements--an awkward, Frankenstein-style whiskey sour that simply didn't work. Worst of all, both drinks were served in thin plastic cups, which immediately cheapened the entire experience. I ordered the falafel sandwich and specifically requested a toasted bun. It arrived not just room temperature, but cold. I sent it back, and it returned burning hot... the bottom soggy... literally too hot to pick up... with no browning or color change, clearly microwaved. Microwaving is not toasting. At that point, the sandwich was inedible. I removed the bun entirely and ate just the falafel, which was dry and largely tasteless. At this point I knew coming back to this restaurant was a mistake. Food timing was another issue. The dishes took roughly 45 minutes to arrive after the drinks, possibly longer. We were all getting annoyed and what started out well when we first walked in turned negative. I wasn't impressed on my first visit years ago... and this second visit confirmed it. Between the poor drinks, cheap plastic cups, ridiculously long wait (with no explanation nor apology), and careless food execution, there's no reason to return.

The staff is always friendly and on top of it--no eye contact avoidance, no "I'll be right back" disappearing acts. Just solid service from people who seem genuinely happy you're there. Now the food: the wings are legit. Crispy, saucy, and dangerous in the "I should stop but absolutely will not" way. The burgers are equally guilty. Juicy, flavorful, and gone way too fast. Every time I come here I say, "I'll try something different," and every time I fail because the wings and burgers win again. And let's talk TVs. They're everywhere. Behind you. In front of you. We haven't been to downtown Allentown since shopping at Hess Brothers back in the day. The area was clean, updated, transformed, modern, full of folks mulling through the streets. If I had not googled restaurants near the venue, I wouldn't be aware of such a nice variety. We decided to dine at Max & Butters down the boulevard, tucked sideways on the lower level of the building. We entered, staff greeted us and since prior reservations took up all the tables, we sat at the bar which allowed us to engage with staff and so, we met the hostess Lara, rockstar servers Raul and Paige and ultimately chief cook and kitchen magician, MARTA. What a delight to view the entire cooking area where the flames were a 1/2 foot high over the commercial stove, frying bacon, eggs and all the breakfast goodies, the smells wafting throughout. Ok, a plate of rib eye steak and eggs accompanied by fresh broasted potatoes. $20 10/10 Then my egg plate, bacon x 5 and potatoes, side of toast. 10/10 $13.95 And that cup of coffee, rich & robust, almost tasted like Turkish coffee, extremely good. $2 It's the feeling of gratitude and joy when you visit a place after decades away, not knowing the restaurant choices and encounter a truly amazing place in downtown Allentown.
