We decided to go to Mis Riaces Columbian Resturant (Schoenersville Rd, Bethlehem) last evening for dinner. It is a new restaurant that just opened about a month or so ago and it is a "MUST TRY"! Friendly and hospitable service! Thank you Alejandro! Reasonably priced and portions are huge. We started off with the empanadas which was served with three dipping sauces. They were very good. I had the Bandeja paisa (beef steak, chorizo, beans, rice, fried egg, plantains ,chicharrón (fried pork belly or rind) & avocado). When the plate was placed on the table my eyes opened wide and could not believe how much food was on the plate. Definitely could have feed two people. Very flavorful and great presentation! My better half had the Grilled pork (Cerdo a la Parrilla) huge piece of pork with French fries and rice. Seasoned with fresh herbs and very tasty. We were so full there was no way we could have had dessert. But when we were leaving the dessert and pastries that were in the display case tempted us to take some deserts home for a treat later that night. We will be back!

Grilled chicken breast with onions, rice & beans was pretty good. Friend ordered grilled chicken breast with mushroom sauce and fried plantains. Doughnut sprinkled with sugar with second cup of coffee. Texture of donut was different from that of American donuts.

Very nice atmosphere, great service, the staff checked in on us several times. The baked good and desserts looked great but I don't leave room after my huge lunch, which was delicious.

Banana leaves wrapped breakfast bowl. Very good.

Great service. Clean welcoming environment. GREAT pastries, we bought many for the ride back to Cleveland. Empanadas were similar to what I've had in Argentina. If i lived in the area, this would be our post church breakfast spot.

Salmon with yellow rice and red beans

I don't exactly know how they prepare the salmon, but it is spectacular. There is an extensive bakery here as well. Ample parking. There was a new waiter, tonight, so things were not perfect, but that's a minor observation. I wish it were a little darker inside the restaurant.

    Bandeja Paisa

Beautiful setting, great service, and food that follows suit. I had the Bandeja and it was amazing.

Delicious food and the server was very helpful. I ordered breakfast and it was a large portion and delicious. I also bought some pastries to take home and they were very fresh and wonderful. I highly recommend.

    Western omelet

The rice and beans amazing, the western omelet amazing, fruits were very very good. Service was nice until my daughter told the waiter she found a long straight hair in her pancakes. It was a 3 stack pancake and she ate half of the forest one before she found it. We told the male waiter and he acted like we were trying to get out of paying. I just wanted fresh pancakes for her plus I was getting more food to go. Very very turned off and disappointed by his reaction. The lady was nicer about it. We have locs so clearly it wasn't our hair. I would've rated it much higher if it wasn't for his reaction. Cute place, a little chilly. I still tipped something. Bill was over 90$

    AVOCADO TOAST, potatoes and salad.

My first time and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious and staff was super sweet. I had the Avocado toast. Yummy! My friend had empanadas and coconut rice. Even the sides were delicious. I plan to go again and again.

Food was great. My future wife is from Colombia and this was the most food I've seen her eat since she's been in the States.

We had the Colombian burger which was probably the tastiest burger we ever ate and the mixed quesadillas. Also delicious!

Ordered takeout on doordash, kinda disappointed. I tried calling another (favorite) colombian place…read morein Easton but they were closed. My craving fof Colombian needed to be satisfied so how lucky that there was another place. One, it's a bit more expensive than what Im used to. Two, the food was cold quickly. The bandeja was alright but mostly rice, they give such a big container you think you're getting more but its mostly rice. The carne lacked flavor which is my favorite part so i was most disappointed about that. Everything else was good just nothing amazing. Can't comment on service or ambiance since it was takeout. The empanadas were at least very good, no regrets on those. Overall alright, but could definitely be improved.

The fiancé and I were in the mood for something different, while Easton has some great restaurants,…read morethey all tend to be in a few types of food. So we decided to try some Columbian food from Las Delicias, I was very impressed by my whole dining experience at this restaurant. The sandwiches we had were great. We had the Hamburguesa de Pollo and the Sandwich de Carnita. Both were flavorful and delicious. The Pataconeschips were well salted and paired well with the sauces included. The only issues that I had was that the sandwiches were too good, they overshadowed the rest of the food. The Chicharron and the empanadas were not up to the standards set by the sandwiches. We got delivery so I can not rate the inside of the restaurant or the interaction with the staff. The delivery was thru Grub Hub and the food was ready on time and still delivered hot. They were also very reasonably priced we got so much food that we had leftovers for the next day, all for under $50 including tip and delivery fee. If you are looking for something a little bit different in the Easton area I highly recommend ordering from here. Overall very happy with our experience here and would not mind ordering from here again.
