Yuuuuuuummmmmm - A square white plate contains tabbouleh salad made with chopped parsley, tomatoes, and bulgur wheat. A lemon wedge is placed on the side of the plate. The plate is on a red and black checkered table, with a plastic water bottle and a spoon visible in the background. The setting appears to be a casual dining environment, possibly a Mediterranean restaurant.

I've been coming here for over 10 years & it's a great example of authentic Mediterranean food. Prices are average & the staff is really friendly. No complaints at all. I'm so glad this spot has lasted the test of time. Tabouli is my favorite! The hummus is really good, too. I typically order the Lamb Basmati which is about 6oz of nugget sized lamb piece's served over Basmati Rice with lemon, parsley over top. I definitely recommend True Blue Mediterranean Restaurant!

Supposedly Chicken Kabob - Several pieces of cooked chicken, possibly grilled or roasted, are placed inside a white foam takeout container. The chicken has visible grill marks and a seasoned appearance, with some darker areas indicating charring or caramelization. The container is open, showing the food inside, and is set against a dark background.

Highly Disappointed. I ordered (2) chicken Kabobs, as well as fish & fries (I know everyone is going to read this and say, "why order fish & fries at a Mediterranean restaurant?" That's a story for another day, anyways... the order costed me $36 which I gladly paid hoping and praying that I was going to get my moneys worth. I waited 15 minutes and they came with my food. I got to the car, looked at my food and wanted to cry. I got 2 small pieces of fish that was burned and a container of grilled chicken. (See pictures) Last I checked, kabobs we're on a stick... right?! I sat there wondering... what was worth $36? Nothing! All I could do was sit there and eat my food with my hands because I was not even given napkins or a fork. I gave them 2 Stars because they were nice and their dipping sauce was really good

Hummus Dip - A basket lined with white paper contains pita bread slices and potato chips. Adjacent is a white square plate with fried items arranged around a fried egg with a runny yolk, garnished with red pepper slices. Two soda cans, one red and one blue, are on the table, along with a fork, napkin, and a small container holding utensils and condiments. The setting appears to be a casual dining environment at a Mediterranean restaurant.

Still one of my absolute fav places in the valley. The service is top notch; always so friendly and never get your order wrong even when it's packed. The hummus so so smooth and creamy. I love the chips they serve with it. I always get the Greek salad and he gets the hummus gyro (I told you the hummus is amazing!). The flavors are spot on and it's always a ton of food. And I have to get some birds nests or baklava to take home.

Nice atmosphere - The image shows the interior of a Mediterranean restaurant with a tiled floor and a ceiling with acoustic tiles. Wooden shelves with decorative items and plants line the right wall. Near the entrance, there is a vending machine stocked with beverages, and a small lamp on a pedestal. Several tables with chairs are arranged for diners, and large windows at the front allow natural light to enter. The restaurant has a cozy, decorated atmosphere with Mediterranean-themed decor.

Best middle eastern food in Emmaus, love takeout from here. Pita chips are the best. Always a pleasant experience.

Honestly, this alone is worth a visit and to me was the star of my food experience here. For my main I ordered the beef and lamb gyro platter. Sometimes lamb can be a little gamey but not this lamb. It was slow cooked for 48hr to achieve a deep garlicky flavor that was just decadent. The meet was tender and the rice fresh and the right ratio of sticky but firm. Finally I ended with the baklava. Flakey crunchy and sweet. This was a classic way to end a Mediterranean meal and it did not disappoint. While this place is in a strip mall, do not let the location fool you. The inside is tastefully decorated in an elegant understated way. The service was top tier. Our waiter was attentive, talked to us about the dishes we ordered, and had a genuine friendliness to him. If you are looking for Mediterranean food or just to try something new, I would highly recommend that you check out this spot.

We ordered thick not knowing that "thin" meant saj - why didn't she say SAJ??? There were an abundance of pickles in the shawarma, too many!! There was no creamy garlic sauce in it either. The whole thing fell apart. The baba was just weird. It was not a good, creamy consistency, but rather chunks of cooked eggplant, with chopped veggies. No smokey flavor at all. I thought different Middle East regions would have different versions of food, but this version was pretty bad. Meanwhile, the man who must have been the owner kept jumping up and talking. I thought, just shut up and learn how to make food. As far as decor, the place was decorated with "out of the book" decor that had no authenticity to Middle East ambience.

Food that's absolutely a must order include the hummus platter, with extraordinary fresh bread. and the baklava. Both are epic! I had the lunch special, which was lamb kebabs with white rice. Lamb was ok but not remarkably spiced nor that tender. But it was good. The rice was a bit mushy and there was little to no dressing on the salad nor the red cabbage on the dish. Would have loved to have had something more like rice pilaf. Requested some white yogurt dressing on the side and this brought it together. I don't think one can judge a place based on the lunch special so I will definitely be returning to try more of their entrées that they're known for. The place was packed so clearly locals know this is a good place to go!

5 Stars - Lazeez Fresh Mediterranean Grill - Worth Every Bite!…read moreJust had one of the best Mediterranean meals I've had in a long time at Lazeez Fresh, and honestly, it's the kind of spot that makes you want to come back the next day. The owner himself came out after I finished eating and we had a nice little chat--he was telling me how his two sons are now working with him, which was really cool to hear. You can tell the family runs this place with heart, and it shows in the food. * Chicken Shawarma: Loaded--seriously, no skimping here. Piles of juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken, not the sad half-wraps you get elsewhere. And the fact it's served in puffy pita bread instead of those thin tortillas most places use? Game-changer. Tasted fresh and authentic. * Baba Ghanoush: Super fresh, creamy, and came with warm pita chips and bread on the side. Perfect balance, not too garlicky or oily. * Tabbouleh: Exactly how my grandma used to make it--bright, herby, lots of parsley and fresh tomato, lemony without being sour. Spot on. * Namorah (2 pieces): Chef's kiss. Moist, not dry like some versions, sweet but not overpowering, just the right texture. Finished them way too fast. Everything felt homemade and made with care. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the vibe is welcoming. This is the kind of place you tell your friends about. Would love to come back but was just passing through for work--highly recommend Thanks to the owner Adnan and the sons for the great food and the chat--keep doing what you're doing! They do catering TOO!!!!

Everything was decent. We even got complimentary dessert - some coconut squares.
