My kids love this place and anytime we are on that side of the free bridge it's nearly an automatic that we are stopping in. My one son and I even walked across once during bacon fest because we knew how close we were and wanted to grab one. I love getting dogs with red onions and the ones here are different, but good. Everyone makes them different but these are less sauced and a little less seasoned than I'm used to. Still enjoyable. The one thing I will say that I don't love here is they just toss a slice of American under the dog if you get a chili cheese dog. Would definitely prefer a cheese sauce or finely shredded cheddar on there. Just a preference thing. We will be coming here as long as they're slinging dogs. My favorite - though the other varieties are top notch too. I heard he still makes the sausage today but I can't confirm or deny that. Having moved to Naples, FL and then Myrtle Beach, SC - I had long forgotton Giacomo"s. Now back in PA (Allentown), I recently wanted good ravioli. The company that make the best ravioli in the world is Pastosa's. I went to their website and saw they opend a bunch of stores in both NY and NJ. I had just about talked myself into an hour or more ride when I found they also sold at select retailers. Wouldn't you know Giacomo's is one of them. My car drove itsel to Giacomo's and I got a box of the large ravioli, a bag of home made meatballs, and a qusrt of homeade tomato sauce. OMG - Pastosa still make the best ravioli in the world. I told him to drive back to the restaurant (as I had done the other times when they left stuff out of our bag), but the restaurant is 30 minutes away and he didn't feel like driving back there after a long day at work. Since this has happened to us on more than one occasion at this restaurant, I contacted Popeye's corporate. They offered us 600 rewards points "that you can use immediately on an upcoming order!" No thanks. Instead, I asked them to issue a refund to my son's credit card for the cost of the sandwich he never received. The customer service rep said he would send the request to the store, but "as a reminder, our restaurants are franchisee-operated, and they hold the right to approve or deny refunds at their discretion." That was the last time I heard from Corporate or the franchisee and no refund was ever sent. So now they've lost a customer. Looking at some of the previous reviews for this location, I see that we're not the only ones who have had food missing from their orders. I once owned a franchise (in a different service) and when a customer had a complaint, I did my best to correct the issue. I didn't ignore it. But that's what this owner chose to do. So now they've lost our business. And based on their lack of response to my issue, I'm sure they don't care.

My wife & I just dined there &had the Pernil (Roast Pork) made homestyle,with rice & beans which also comes with plantain. We couldn't believe how delicious it was and the amount of food was plentiful. They have a nice variety of latin dishes from homemade stew to rotisserie chicken. I had to take a moment to give a review. This establishment truly went above and beyond. We catered a party for my mother's birthday this Memorial Day weekend. The food was ready at the scheduled time and packaged extremely well. The staff also triple checked to make sure our order was correct prior to me leaving. Now let's get to the taste... This is by far the best Latin restaurant from the valley to the pocono mountains. The food was fresh and amazingly seasoned. The rice was nice and fluffy, the pork was the star of the party! The rotisserie chicken was moist and succulent. I am truly greatly for the amazing customer experience. I implore anyone interested in catering an event, to not hesitate and utilize Adobo. Listen, in reality a lot of people complain about this place as if it's the worst place in the world. People here in Easton are some of the pickiest whiniest people & truth be told, You can't make everyone happy but that's no reason to go and bash this place. Some people nitpick because there was some fat in the pernil (pork) but news flash, that's what gives true spanish food it's flavor. In reality I am a repeat customer to this place multiple times a week, the staff is VERY friendly and the owner cares what you have to say, if you have a complaint, speak to the manager or owner and they will 100% ALWAYS make it right and I have to say as a Puerto Rican from the Bronx, this place has THE BEST home cooked food in all of Easton Hands Down ! Stopped in for the first time close to closing (didn't realize that) I couldn't be more impressed by the Cleanliness and professionalism of this place. The young lady who helped me was very pleasant when i realized it was close to closing i felt bad, i usually want to lock up and go home in my line of work. She insisted it was no problem and then proceeded to make some recommendations about the food. To be honest i love Spanish food but usually the places you have to get it is a little intimidating to say the least. I made my selections and was completely thrilled by the food it was Delicious!!! I came in with my family for the first time and the girls suggested I tried the mofongos, as it's one of their best sellers. The price was great for such a big portion. The presentation was flawless. The flavor was right on the spot. We also got a plate with the pork and we wanted a rib added to it and the price was awesome for that as well! the girls were so pleasantly nice and helpful. We commute 30 mins just to enjoy this delicious food any chance we have! The pork is so amazing and it taste likes Mami's cooking from back at home! The ladies in the front are always so awesome and outgoing and so so sweet! I have eaten everything on the menu this far (obv not all at once-again multiple dine ins and take outs here)! Literally Felt like I was back in Arecibo PR again. The food is literally to die for. I Had the Chicharron, Pernil, and also Shared the Shrimp Mofongo with my Wife. Washed it down with a Good O Cola Champagne and for desert we had the Tres Leches Lord have mercy the food was so amazing. To top it off the staff was super friendly and Management even came out to greet me and my family. ADOBO IS THE GREATEST LATIN FOOD PLACE EVER!!!! I've been a frequent customer since they opened and can honestly say it is my favorite place to eat, period. The best Latin Cuisine in Easton, PA hands down. A must go to restaurant when visiting the Lehigh Valley. What a great location. The family operated restaurant has some great authentic dishes and the flavors are spot on. The staff is super friendly and they speak Spanish. I had the Shredded beef rice bowl with beans and sweat plantains. They asked me if I wanted cheese on my dish, but because I'm Puerto Rican and you never put cheese on Rice and Beans I said no thanks. But I will say that as a Latino this place took me home in a bowl. The beans were just like my wife makes, accept it's a different bean. The shredded beef had some much of that hispanic flavor I love so much. The beef was super tender and the plantains were fried to perfection. Now I know this is an Arepa bar and I should have had an Arepa but I am not a fan of Arepa's. It's a texture thing for me, but I love the items that go inside of them. As for my co-worker, He had two Arepas and a sugarcane lemonade drink and a cheese stick. He loved every bite! So Arepas are a must buy here along with a rice bowl like I had. Side note: you got to try their sauces! Their hot sauce is called Picante and is made with Habanero peppers. Look out for that one it's super hot! The garlic Sauce and the cilantro sauce taste great but the colors will confuse you. I bet when you see the sauces you'll guess the wrong color with the flavor. So to end this long review, I say yes you should stop by the place and have a meal. It's small and there is only one table so you might want to get your order to go.

Everything came out hot and flavorful and was perfectly prepared. It was clear the food was made to order. On top of the delicious food, the staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. If Don Chuy isn't already on your list, I highly recommend adding it. This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to.

Everything was fresh and the dips paired perfectly with the baked pita. The only item I didn't care for was the tabouli. It's not because it wasn't good, it's because I don't like parsley like that. 8.1/10 Fried Calamary - solid, but I didn't like that it was served with cold marinara. 7.4/10 Traditional Barbecue Wings - heavily breaded, with the sauce poured over them instead of tossed, leaving some parts of the wing dry and others drenched. 7.2/10 Daddy's Mixed Grill - a combination of grilled beef, chicken, kafta, and lamb kabob. All entrées come with two sides, and I chose the rice topped with almonds, which was amazing, and the soup of the day, Italian wedding, served nice and hot with plenty of meatballs. The meats were good, but I've had them more tender and flavorful elsewhere. 7.7/10 Overall, the food was good, as was the service. I didn't love it, though, and for me, it didn't quite live up to the hype.

My wife and I ordered margaritas, but they only gave us one, because the bar ran out of glasses. We got the second one 15 min later. Every table gets free chips and salsa. The chips were crisp, but unsalted. The dish of salsa was small and insufficient, watery, and pretty tasteless. The server advised that the kitchen was backed up and to order tacos or quesadillas for the quickest service. I had the duck confit quesadilla, and my wife had the chicken/bean quesadilla. They came out quickly, and both were good. I would come back here when they are not so slammed. Three stars for now.
