Tallarin Saltado de Carne. It's sautéed with beef, onions, tomatoes and noodles.

Never judge a book by its cover as they say. Outside it was quite, didn't look busy, but when we opened their doors, the entire place was filled that only 1 table was available and there was a line at the counter. I've been craving for some good Lomo Saltado de Carne. It has sautéed beef with onions, tomatoes, fries, & white rice. This dish has so much flavor just as I was expecting. Every bite was just so...*dreamy eyes + drooling* If you don't want rice & fries, they also have it with noodles and its called Tallarin Saltado de Carne It's sautéed with beef, onions, tomatoes and noodles. For appetizers we ordered Papa a la huancaina. Its slices of cooked potatoes covered in yellow mild sauce. It's like a potato salad with a lot of sauce. #IGworthyfood

After reading an article from The Morning Call, I had to give this place a try. Upon arrival, I noticed immediately that the restaurant was very small and the parking was terrible. The restaurant consists of one open room as soon as you walk through the door that reminded me of a cafeteria. There was no hostess and seemed to be only one server. The menu wasn't very big so it didn't take me long to make a selection. I started off with a bowl of their Hen Soup and finished with their Seafood Fried Rice. Both delicious! The dining experience was rather disappointing but the food was great. If you plan on giving Machu Picchu a try I recommend getting take-out.

Cozy place with good vibes and good food. Can be a tad bit pricy but it felt authentic.

This is our favorite Peruvian place in the Lehigh Valley. Nothing fancy just great food. Highly recommend the lomo saltado.

I'm really not into spicy stuff but the sauce went perfectly with the chimichanga and we also got 2 pastelillos (beef) and that's the only sauce it came with and it was good. Pernil dinner combo with yellow rice and beans and sweet plaintains was good, the rice was fresh, beans didn't taste like a can and the pork wasn't dry. Plaintains were like candy... so good! The portion was also really big so that was nice to split. The prices were a little high. I've gone to a bunch of spots and the food was just as good and not as expensive. My bill came to about $50. We also got guacamole and chips which was good and fresh. It all just seemed overpriced. They also featured a coupon on their site that if you ordered over $25 (or something) in food you got a free churro... I added the coupon to my order and never got the free churro. It was yummy though! And fast!

We tried them again today and the chimichangas had no flavor whatsoever, even adding the spicy green sauce was not helpful. The pulled pork was greasy and full of fat. I have had better beef and cheese empanadas from farmers market stands. Don't waste your money!

Ordered takeout on doordash, kinda disappointed. I tried calling another (favorite) colombian place…read morein Easton but they were closed. My craving fof Colombian needed to be satisfied so how lucky that there was another place. One, it's a bit more expensive than what Im used to. Two, the food was cold quickly. The bandeja was alright but mostly rice, they give such a big container you think you're getting more but its mostly rice. The carne lacked flavor which is my favorite part so i was most disappointed about that. Everything else was good just nothing amazing. Can't comment on service or ambiance since it was takeout. The empanadas were at least very good, no regrets on those. Overall alright, but could definitely be improved.

The fiancé and I were in the mood for something different, while Easton has some great restaurants,…read morethey all tend to be in a few types of food. So we decided to try some Columbian food from Las Delicias, I was very impressed by my whole dining experience at this restaurant. The sandwiches we had were great. We had the Hamburguesa de Pollo and the Sandwich de Carnita. Both were flavorful and delicious. The Pataconeschips were well salted and paired well with the sauces included. The only issues that I had was that the sandwiches were too good, they overshadowed the rest of the food. The Chicharron and the empanadas were not up to the standards set by the sandwiches. We got delivery so I can not rate the inside of the restaurant or the interaction with the staff. The delivery was thru Grub Hub and the food was ready on time and still delivered hot. They were also very reasonably priced we got so much food that we had leftovers for the next day, all for under $50 including tip and delivery fee. If you are looking for something a little bit different in the Easton area I highly recommend ordering from here. Overall very happy with our experience here and would not mind ordering from here again.
