I completely understand that the staff wants to finish up and get home. I also realize that arriving 20 minutes before closing is not ideal. Having worked in the hospitality industry for many years, I know better than to make a habit of that. That said, there were still guests dining in the restaurant, and from my perspective, turning away guests who are ready to order immediately before the posted closing time is disappointing. At our business, we would never turn away a guest during our posted operating hours. I wanted to share this feedback because we genuinely enjoy your restaurant and hope it can be taken in the spirit in which it's intended.
