This was my first time here. The food is not good at all. Everything we ordered was not good, the grilled octopus was burned, the grilled boneless chicken was flavorless,the steak was burned and flavorless and I told even mentioned this to the manager, he could have charged half after being told that but he didn't, the steaks were thin slices of steaks . The grilled shrimp for $19 was more like 8 pieces of boiled shrimp in garlic and butter. How do you don't have rice and beans? It's a Spanish restaurant. First, they charge a 10% "service fee" just for dining there. It was an extra $13 added to our bill. Service was super slow, and the place wasn't even full. Waited over an hour to receive our meal. Ambiance was the only good thing about this place. Absolutely would never return. read more

My Experience here was lower than a one star. If I can describe my Experience here with one word I would say it was a nightmare! Let's start with the Bartender that never wanted to bring me a receipt or pen and didn't bother to ask me if my tab was closed or open. Then you have full grown men who are fighting over who sits where as if the chairs at the bar have a name on them. So around 1:30am a security guard tells me to leave so I proceed to walk out without hesitation. As I'm leaving he attacks me from behind chokes me so at this point I'm fending him off. It get worst though! Two more security guards then try to restrain me becuase I was defending myself, obviously confused. So after they finally decide that I'm not a threat I get up and walk towards my vehicle. Then literally a random guy comes to fight me and I proceed to defend myself against him too. My friend that recommended this place now has a fractured tibia because of all these idiots who have no understanding on running a business. As a business owner I will personally say this place is a major failure! Do not go here trust me it's not worth it. Coming from Texas I could have never expected or prepared for such a tragically violent and confusing night! Soon to get a lawyer and sue this place ! read more

My friend and I tried went to try out Nova. So did my brother and sister in law. We had similar experiences. It took them over a half hour to take our drink order and they never came back with it. If you don't speak Spanish, don't bother. read more

If you like blaring Hispanic music, cold nachos and an under-heated dining room, Nova's your place. (I love the Latin beat, but I also like to talk to those at my dinner table.) My partner had seafood soup and it was delicious, HOT, with lots of fresh seafood and tasty broth. I had nachos, which besides being cold, were SMOTHERED in cheese-whiz type sauce and a mysterious green sauce, squeezed out of a tube. A little bit of ground meat and lots of jalapenos completed the dish. Service was not as good, with a waitress who spend most of her time on her phone. This is by far the worse happy hour establishment i have visited in this area. Not only was i fighting away the fruit flies but the waitress was very unskilled, rude, and barely paid attention to your table. This place has the rudest and most uneducated employees i have ever met in the food and entertainment business. I went for happy hour and got the worst sour tasting disgusting margarita I've ever had. My stomach was TWISTING from taking just a sip. I told the bartender I didn't want it bc it didn't taste good and that I would like a vodka Red Bull instead. She dumped the (entirely full) margarita and gave me a new drink. When I get the bill it's still on the tab for 18$. I tell her it's still there and she says I'm sorry I can't take it off there's and no manager right now and I don't have the password to delete it....????? I explain that the whole thing was dumped and she says the same thing I don't have the code to delete............Girl WTF are you talking about? I've never heard of anything like that in my life. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My coworker and I were here for our lunch break and it took our entire lunch break for us to get our food. I have been to this place on three separate occasions and each time I go their service gets worst. First they moved us three separate times because they had tables reserved for 5 pm and 7pm, but when we arrived it was 4:30. Then they placed us in the back with the DJ. We waited long periods of time to be served and they messed up a couple of our orders. The restaurant is beautiful but the service was horrible. read more

Terrible foods. Calamari was definitely frozen. Tasted like a cardboard. Everything else was over cooked and way overpriced. Waitress was very unfriendly. Advertised on localflavor but when I presented the certificate waitress was like a deer in the headlight. Came back to tell me that owner said that they no longer participate yet they are still on that site. If I can give this review a zero I would. Save your money for something much better!!! read more
