They were replacing some of the items on the steam table. I got my favorite yellow rice with pigeon peas and roasted pork. I asked if they have the crunchy pork skin. She said everyone asks for that but they don't have it. I think if everyone asks, maybe they should offer it. I also asked for "a few" plantains for my platter and she gave me ONE. Oh well, the food is consistently on point, the price point is reasonable, and it's roomy and accommodating for dining in.
