We ordered a relleno de papa, I think they forgot to stuff it or gave us just a potato ball. Alcapurria, no flavor at all. Arroz Amarillo, soggy- inedibly so. Carne frita, lacked flavor. Macaroni salad again lacking flavor. The ONLY item that we received that was edible and didn't lack flavor was the pernil. $75 worth of food and 90% of it was inedible. In this economy hurts. Customer service sucked!!! The lady straight up lied to me and would not accept my coupon for a little ol burrito or something like that. I went there today and checked in on my yelp ap and a coupon popped on on my yelp ap from WSR for a free crappy burrito. So I presented to the lady and she told me that that was old, from the previous owner but there was yelp advertisement in at least two areas on WSR. When I got home I was posting my pictures and noticed that there wasn't any yelp advertisement in this restaurant which means that the yelp advertising was from these new owners. They lied to me and wouldn't let me use my coupon so for that they get a zero star from me. read more

This is the best food you'll ever eat after your mom's and grandma's food (because an abuela is cooking in the back!) Everything good I want to say about this place would be an understatement! My boyfriend (he's Chilean) and I came in starving and by simply smelling the food we knew we're in for the real deal. We ordered a beef empanada, a green plantain tamale, and baked chicken and roasted pork with yellow rice and beans. The meat was moist, perfectly spiced, and so dang delicious! The pork skin was perfectly crisp with a juicy layer of fat underneath. We also got flan and tres leches. Tres leches is my favorite but I didn't even know I like flan. My boyfriend loved the mango juice!!! Finally just blended mangoes and not some store bought juice made from a concentrate. What makes this place even better is the Spanish music and a welcoming owner who chatted with all customers. The entire restaurant got into a conversation at some point too! This is something you rarely find in the US - the feeling of being truly welcomed. We really enjoyed talking to William. I haven't had such a great meal since Christmas when I went back home to Croatia for the holidays. The love prepared within the fresh-to-order food is amazing as well. I might not be Puerto Rican, but when I dine inside Williams, I sure am. They have daily specials which are always fresh and creative. I won't be surprise if this place steals the heart of Bethlehem and becomes the most popular restaurant in town. Really glad we found this place! We moved to PA from NY in September around December we found Williams. Now while I can cook some mean Puerto Rican foods, when The family wants variety and something really special we order Williams. We live around 1/2 hour from here but very much worth the drive. The first time in we met the owner William who offered to sell us a dozen frozen pasteles! These were just like Grandma used to make, delicious. Fast forward today is my sons birthday and he chose Williams for his special B-day dinner. We ordered the 4 mofongos, shrimp, stew chicken, steak, shrimp, a large Sancocho, (they have the BEST!). Visiting a city on business I usually check Yelp for guidance. I look at the rating and the pictures of the food and the interior of the restaurant. Williams looked interesting and having 5 stars is something I rarely see. This is a small mom and pop neighborhood restaurant with excellent authentic food just like mom used to make. I went for the beef pockets, they were not greasy and very tasty, next up was the chicken and onions (it had bell peppers too) in a really tasty broth. The owner was very accommodating and ready to serve the customer in any was. My only complaint was the TV and the Spanish music were competing with each other, initially irritating but I got used to it read more

William was awesome and took the time to sit and chat during his busy night to make sure we were taken care of. Amazing food. The Mofongo was not dried out.
