The food was amazing and our server, Abby, was fantastic. She helped us with the kids and took great care of us.

My boyfriend and I had a long week so I wanted to treat us to Cheesecake Factory. We did takeout tonight so we could eat and relax at home. I have only eaten here one other time so I was excited to eat here again! Ordering online was no problem. We had a couple of requests under our entrees such as extra Parmesan Cream Sauce and a substituted side which was accommodated for. We ended up getting two appetizers, two entrees, and two desserts. The appetizers were amazing, we got the famous Mac and Cheese balls and the Corn Ribs since we love corn. Both were super yummy. I got the Chicken Bellagio which I have heard is amongst some of the more popular dishes here. My boyfriend got the Honey Truffle Fried Chicken. For dessert, I got my all time favorite, Linda's Fudge Cake and my boyfriend chose the Cinnabon Cheesecake. Overall, everything was amazing except when I bit into my second chicken breast from the Chicken Bellagio. It was very tough and almost reminded me of chicken that has severe freezer burn. I thought it was just that one bite but as I cut into more sections and it was the entire thing. I'm just disappointed that I couldn't eat all the protein, which is the main dish, and pay $25 for an entree just to lose out on half of it. My boyfriend gave me half of his chicken from his own entree. From what I have heard from word of mouth is that everything is made from scratch so maybe I got a bad piece. Solid Sunday dinner with generous portions We came for Sunday dinner with family and were surprised by how quiet it was, especially at peak dinner time in an outdoor shopping center. We were seated right away with no wait. Parking is limited, but we found a spot without much trouble. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta and a Passion Fruit Mojito. Despite the name, the pasta wasn't spicy at all, so if you're looking for real heat, you may want to order something else. That said, the flavors were well balanced, and the dish came out fresh and hot. Our entrées arrived fairly quickly, and the portions were huge. Every plate could easily have fed two people, and our whole table left with to-go bags. The only small hiccup was a bit of a wait for the bread to reach our table. The noise level was low, which made it easy to talk and enjoy the meal together. Prices felt reasonable, especially given the leftovers. So I had to go try the viral Cajun Salmon. It's been all over the internet. I personally love the Miso Salmon and have been eating it for years. The hype wasn't there for me with the Cajun and the Miso is the winner in my opinion. I stopped by for lunch as the prices are more affordable on the lunch menu. The Cheesecake Factory can be on the pricey side. However, I'm going to get what I want to eat! Service: 5 STARS My waitress was AMAZING! She was polite, sweet and friendly. She made the dining experience great. We talked about how delicious the miso salmon is. The food came out quickly so that's a plus! Food: 3.5 STARS I ordered the Cajun Salmon with loaded mashed potatoes and corn. There is an up charge for loaded mashed potatoes. The loaded mashed potatoes come with bacon, cheese, green onions and is a tasty side. You get a side of sour cream to put on them too. The corn is good and works well with the sauce on the Cajun Salmon. Now I will say the salmon was cooked to perfection and seasoned. I ordered extra sauce as suggested. However, it was just average. Order the Miso Salmon and thank me later. The Cajun Jambalaya Pasta presentation was great. It's a huge portion and no lunch size available for this one. The sauce was mediocre and it was missing something. I think a rich creamy Cajun sauce would work better. Ambiance 4 STARS It was lunch time and busy and full of hungry people. Some were loud and others were quiet. I was stuffed so couldn't get the best thing they offer which is CHEESECAKE! I will be back soon for dessert. Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were told the wait for a table would be approximately 50 minutes. We patiently waited, only to still be standing there TWO HOURS later without a table and with no meaningful explanation or attempt to resolve the situation. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the woman handling the seating. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic about the ridiculous delay. Waiting is understandable when a restaurant is busy, but misleading customers about the wait time and then treating them disrespectfully when they ask for an update is not. We wasted two hours of our evening because we trusted the estimate we were given. Had they been honest and told us it could take more than two hours, we would have gone somewhere else. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and a complete lack of respect for customers' time. Easily one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had. We will not be returning. read more

Came here on a Sunday morning without a reservation and they were very accommodating to our large party! Our server, Nikki, was very kinda and informative. This Father's Day dinner will forever be one of those moments our family talks about years from now. We were quoted about a 45 minute wait, which honestly wasn't bad at all for Father's Day. One thing I really appreciated was that they text you when your table is ready, so instead of standing around waiting, we were able to walk through the mall and enjoy ourselves until it was time to eat. Parking was also surprisingly easy thanks to the free parking garage nearby, and there were plenty of spaces available. I ordered the Truffle Honey Chicken, and let me just say... it was ON POINT. The chicken was perfectly crispy, the truffle honey sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and every bite was worth it. I also ordered a side of sautéed spinach, and it deserves its own recognition. It was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. So often spinach is just an afterthought, but this was one of my favorite parts of the meal. My husband ordered the chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and completely cleaned his plate. However, he mentioned that the Alfredo could have used a little more seasoning. If this were his review, he'd probably give it 3 stars. Since this is my review, I'm giving Cheesecake Factory 4 stars because my meal was outstanding, the service was excellent, and we created an unforgettable family memory. For dessert, I treated myself to the Peach Perfect Cheesecake, while he stayed loyal to the classic Original Cheesecake. Both were delicious, but I'm glad I stepped outside my comfort zone and tried something new. The kids enjoyed grilled cheese (which was so delicious even the next day), chicken strips, spaghetti and meatballs, and, of course, mac and cheese. Everyone found something they loved, which isn't always easy with a family of six. One of my favorite surprises of the evening was the Coconut Limeade. If you love fruity tropical drinks like I do, don't skip it! This wasn't just dinner. It was laughter around the table, celebrating Father's Day together, watching the kids enjoy themselves, and simply being present with one another. Although, I mentioned the restaurant feeling and being rather darker than I remembered. I know it's popular for date night. I would have loved to sit with a little bit more light. The restaurant was really busy, but Madison did a great job on checking on us. We didn't have silverware and needed a few things and it felt like, at one point I had to get up and find her. Nothing to really complain about just something to take note of during busier times. Cheesecake Factory is definitely a splurge, but for a special occasion like Father's Day, it was worth it. Came over here for a lunch with the bestie, and it was pretty busy walking in. They were able to seat us pretty quickly without a wait and were whisked away to a seat next to the windows, which was nice for lighting, and you could see a great view of the patio. Just the right amount of truffle flavor, loved the parm, just delish! Then the crab bites, even though they appear small, they are stuffed with crab, and come with a delicious dipping sauce. The calamari, perfectly fried, nice and crispy with squeeze of fresh lemon! Chef's kiss. Lastly the Chopped Salad. Definitely big enough for two to share, and glad we did. We opted to switch out the blue cheese for another white cheese, which was more our taste and tasted delicious. The chicken in the salad was nice and moist, I'd say the only thing I wanted more of were the apples, as it added a nice sweet balance to the salad. When we were all done and stuffed, we got a key lime and a strawberry cheesecake togo. Hub and I recently tried their salmon dishes. He got the Cajun and I got the herb crusted. Both were phenomenal. The size of the salmon is very generous. They both come with respectives sauces that elevate the flavor, but do wish they added about 2 tbsp more b/c I wanted it with every bite of my mashed potatoes and asparagus (the herb crusted has a lemon sauce and cajun had a cajun sauce). The asparagus although cooked well and delicious, is not a generous portion. It is 6 peices. Cheesecake Factory has been consistently awesome each time we have visited. The prices are on the high side for what some may assume is a mediocre corporate restaurant. I am willing to pay higher prices for great food. read more

I haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in ages! Idk if this visit was good just because it was nostalgic or because I thoroughly enjoyed it! My husband ordered the factory famous meatloaf and it was not very good. I think we were expecting a more hearty and tomato-y meatloaf instead we got a BBQ sauce based type of meatloaf. It was way way way too sweet to our liking. I got the farfalle chicken and roasted garlic. It was good but I wish it was a little saucier! I'd get it again. The portions are so huge! The Cheesecake Factory locations are usually very pretty, but not necessarily in the prettiest place. This one is a little different thought as it is right on the creek and I'll it is beautiful outside and inside. The view from the outside patio overlooking the ponds, streams and waterfalls is gorgeous. Walking in we were greeted immediately and sat with a few moments. Our server took a bit to get to us but was pretty on it once we were on his radar. I ordered off of the Skinnylicious Menu and got Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta. Absolutely delicious! The food was great and full of flavor, and the restaurant itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Our server was awesome--friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time, which really stood out. The only downside to the experience was the wait time for the food. We ended up waiting around 40 minutes, which felt a bit long, especially when you're already hungry. That said, once the food arrived, it was definitely worth the wait. I've been a fan of the Cheesecake Factory for many many years, but this was my first time at this location. There are so many menu options and the portion sizes of all the dishes are huge. We came in for dinner service on a Sunday so of course they were busy but we were seated right away. I'm not sure if our waitress was new to a server position or what though because I had to remind her to bring items, she had to come back to the table to verify our orders, and then when I ordered a sangria she had no idea what I was talking about. She asked if that was an alcohol, which I said yes. And then she kept saying how she doesn't know her alcohols.. She asked if it's wine, I said yes, thinking she was just curious but then she followed up asking me if its red or white and if I wanted a bottle or a glass. This wasn't a problem per say but I feel like how she handled it wasn't exactly professional. I'm not sure how a waitress here is unaware of a basic drink like a sangria, and even then she could've asked another co-worker for assistance. It just made it not a "usual experience" for me because I shouldn't have to be explaining a menu item to an employee. The whole dinner we were just sitting there confused by the situation because it just seemed like she was going to be messing up part of the order or forgetting something else. First time trying Cheesecake Factory and let's say it's a pretty solid option with a TON of variety. I went with a large party and they did not take reservations but added us to the waitlist while our whole party arrived. Waiter was incredibly attentive and made the ordering and service go very smoothly. We got the mac and cheese balls and they were as good as everyone hyped them up to be, especially with the sauce. I also got the chicken parm sandwich and it was as advertised...a chicken parm on garlic bread. The portions were very generous however and a great option to order and share along with other entrees. I would definitely recommend getting an extra side of marinara sauce with the sandwich because I didn't think there was enough on it. First- the new chicken and waffle skewers- the waffles were not very good. When my 9yr old waives off the syrup and waffles, you know there's a problem. I also didn't find them very tasty. The pork-belly sliders were also not that great. I would just stick with the Mac and cheese balls and truffle fries- those were delicious, which is our norm when we visit this establishment. Terrible Customer Service from Manager Julie My party and I had a very disappointing experience at The Cheesecake Factory due to both food quality issues and the unprofessional behavior of Manager Julie. We found hair in two separate dishes and took photos of both. In one dish, we were unsure whether the object was hair or possibly an insect leg. We also ordered the Sweet Tamale Corn Cake and added chicken. The chicken was served cold and appeared as small diced pieces scattered across the plate. On previous visits, the added chicken had been served as three thin-sliced chicken breast pieces, so the presentation and quality were noticeably different. When we brought these concerns to Manager Julie's attention, she immediately became rude and defensive regarding the chicken, insisting that diced chicken is always how the dish is served when chicken is added. I asked if it is also normally served cold, and her response was simply, "I don't know why it came out cold." What was most concerning was the complete lack of apology or concern regarding the hair found in our food and the cold chicken dish. Rather than addressing the issues, Julie walked away and began whispering to several waitresses gathered near the register. They repeatedly looked over at our table while she was speaking. A member of our party also overheard Julie speaking to our waitress, Ella, in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. Shortly afterward, I overheard another waitress telling Ella that she didn't have to cry, and I watched Ella quickly walk to the back to compose herself. No employee should be treated that way, especially in front of guests. While the food itself was disappointing, the experience became much worse because of Julie's behavior. I have never encountered such poor customer service from a manager. In contrast, our waitress, Ella, was polite, professional, and apologetic throughout the evening. She repeatedly apologized for the issues we experienced, and we made it clear that we did not blame her. Julie should not be managing customer-facing operations if this is how she responds to legitimate concerns from guests and treats her staff. Her behavior reflects poorly on the restaurant and will drive customers away. I hope corporate management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the food quality concerns and the conduct of this manager. read more

Today, my family and I had an amazing dinner at the Cheesesteak Factory. From our great 6-top booth to probably one of the better servers I encountered in a while. Food was excellent all around. Well not much has changed... Let me set the stage, Friday 3pm, spring time in Texas, nice sunny day, weather is just perfect. When we got there the young hostess was prompt and welcoming, said it would be a 5min wait, awesome no problem. There was no other party waiting to be seated, we were the only ones waiting until the time we were seated. Anyway, we went to sit down in the waiting area and my mother in law mentioned it was pretty cold inside the restaurant. I was able to see the outside area and saw that there were empty tables as well as a few tables being served. So I went back to the hostess stand and informed a new hostess that I was already on the list but would like to sit outside. The hostess informed me that it would be a 40 minute wait to sit outside... my obvious response was 40mins to sit outside but just 5mins to sit inside!? I'm sorry yall I don't mean to be rude but that makes no sense. She then explained that there were only dirty tables outside and they only had one busser and it would take him that long to get to cleaning the outside tables. That still made no sense to me, I'm not a restaurant expert and I must be missing something bc if I were the restaurant manager I would have the busser clean a table outside real quick when there is only a party of three waiting to be seated. Well I go back to my mother in law and share that I can't believe it would be a 40min wait to sit outside bc they only have one busser. She agrees... how hard or time consuming is it to clean a table for three? Then my husband who was parking the car comes in and so I repeat the story to him LOL this offends the hostess who has heard me complain about this twice and she walks up to me and says she will clean the table herself because I keep talking about the issue. Great! I do not feel a bit bad about it... Lady if you could have cleaned the table to begin with why TF did you not offer? This is exactly why I wasn't letting the issue go. If your busser needs help then HELP! Then she proceeded to be really rude about it asking me which table do you want clean? Any table lady we just wanted to sit outside! Clearly there were people outside already I was not asking for anything crazy. After we were seated, it did not take more than 5 mins for the other two empty tables to be cleaned, in fact a party of two left right after we were seated and the busser immediately cleaned the table!! I'm not even lying or exaggerating. Our waiter was great, food was really good, however it did take FOREVER, but my mojito was delicious and we had great conversation so we endured LOL My guess is they are short staffed and the staff is overworked. I did see two people being interviewed while I was there. My advice, give that hostess (older Hispanic one), gosh I hope she wasn't the manger bc she truly has no customer service or etiquette, a kitchen job or perhaps she should be bussing bc she has no business being the front face of the restaurant and I can't imagine her being a server with that attitude. read more

The food was great and the drinks were great as well! However the service not so much. Maybe we weren't dressed to par as i had just gotten off work but our waitress seemed to treat us as if we were an inconvenience. We had to wave her down several times and she seemed to tend to other tables much faster and was more interested in chatting with coworkers. I understand that servers get tired and busy but it was quite disappointing, especially coming from a more upscale restaurant. Also the drinks on the menu did not have prices. My family and I dined in this past Sunday and it was nothing short of amazing. The restaurant was very busy given it was a weekend night, but despite that (and the rude people in the lobby causing a scene) the two hosts were very friendly and got us seated before our estimated time! I believe our server's name was Taylor and she was a delight- very friendly and professional, and she answered any questions we had regarding some of the menu items. The food came in large portions, which is great for leftovers, and we had no complaints about the taste. Overall very satisfied with our visit and we will definitely be returning to this location! read more
