We had a great first time experience and look forward to many more lounge visits, here at AZ! What a treat, so fancy! I checked in with the kind staff in front, showed my Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card, ID, boarding pass and I was added to the waitlist, about 40 minutes wait to get in. I got a text message to check in at counter, in which was quick. I also got a cool charger form Sapphire Reserve, which I used on the plane. We got a nice table with window view of planes for 3, I looked around the lounge to see what was being offered before I started to make my plate. Super nice! Buffet style & It was Mexican theme, there was a cute food truck located outside to order off the menu ( tacos) . I am not sure how the daily menu goes, I didn't get to ask the staff. Alcoholic beverages could be ordered on your phone, after scanning QR code, drinks arrived quick and only one drink per person at time. I loved my specialty cocktail, strong and smooth, I had 2 and could go for more but we had to leave for flight. All in all, such a wonderful lounge, perfect to have a bite, meal, drinks, relaxing before our flight and keep in mind as longs as it is withing 3 hours of your flight time to access the lounge. Thank you Chase, CHEERS, & here's to more happy travels!

The vegan offerings and smoked cannelli beans were welcomed, but the roasted Brussels sprouts were not cooked through (raw!) The Taco truck was really good, but the really good tasting mushroom one I had was slightly over-stuffed. Their small parfaits- a nice ending! The bar staff: This is where the world needs to take a step back and learn something. This team is REALLY GOOD. They made some first rate drinks, gave servings quickly and politely, and were extremely helpful. They and the wait staff were constantly buzzing and just producing - ***EXCELLENT WORK!*** Everything was clean, well executed, and their demeanor must be complimented. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I felt welcome, had needs met, and never felt uncomfortable. Highly recommended. (Slightly disappointed I couldn't get a Sapphire PHX luggage tag... bummer! ;)

They are quick to serve those on the list. There are two main sections to the lounge--a seating section for those who want to just charge their phone/relax and the other is more of a restaurant vibe I was greeted by a kind host and was able to snag a seat at the bar. It's open bar and buffet. Nothing too fancy with the food or cocktails, but it gets the job done!

The lounge is essentially one large room with chairs arranged fairly close together. There are a few long high-top tables and a counter running along the windows, but there aren't really any private areas aside from a small business center with just a handful of seats. If you're looking for a quiet corner or separate lounge spaces, this location is somewhat limited. The food selection was surprisingly good. Even after 10 PM, staff were actively refilling the hot food station, which was appreciated. There was also a deli area stocked with charcuterie meats, cheeses, hummus, and other snacks, plus a coffee station, a small snack bar with trail mix, pretzels, and jelly beans, and a dessert station featuring cookies, brownies, and cupcakes. The bar was fully stocked as well. The bathrooms were on the smaller side but clean and well maintained. One downside is that not every seat has access to power outlets, although the high-top counter along the windows offers several charging options. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were also traveling with our pets and had no issues checking into the lounge. Since many airport lounges have become less pet-friendly, it was nice to have a comfortable place to relax with them before our flight. Overall, it's not the most spacious or private Admirals Club, but the friendly staff, solid food offerings, and pet-friendly policy made for an enjoyable visit.

Be forewarned, this is my not my favorite Admirals Club by any stretch. Depending on my mood, it…read moremight end up being one of my least favorite locations in the country. It's a tight squeeze and often crowded, to the point where (airport) lounging is nearly an oxymoron. For folks who are know the mediocre Admirals Club experience in other areas will know what to expect with food and service. Maintenance is always variable, depending on how robust the staff is, which is often a problem here. Dishes are not picked up quickly, buffet stations are sometimes a mess, bathroom floors might feel sticky, and service is lacking overall. The food is nothing remarkable, but then again neither is any Admirals Club location that I've tried. It really depends on the day, but even during the guacamole service (which also doubles as an avocado toast bar), it is still lackluster. Bagels are dry If there's any place to hang out, it might be the bar. Assuming one can snag a seat, whomever the bartender is that day is typically the key to a quality experience. The WiFi is decent and paired with a nice drink, can be a solid way to enjoy a layover and be the start of pre-flight shenanigans. In addition to it being crowded, it can also be noisy. Given how busy PHX already is, the claustrophobic vibe is most definitely real. Anyone traveling in groups should reconsider coming here, but solo travelers who can tolerate the chaos might do well with some noise cancelling phones and with a little luck, a chair and a table to enjoy and pass the time.
