Okay so Battery Plus was bought out and under new ownership! Went in for a Key Fob battery. Ended…read moreup getting a lifetime warranty! What ticked me off after I had them put a battery in my key fob the sales associate just signed me up for the lifetime warranty program! Didn't ask, didn't present the option ahead of time! I work retail and actually I worked at Battery Plus under different owners! So this method of selling a lifetime warranty is BS! Not sure if I'll be returning to this location again! I don't like sleezy sales selling me something that wasn't offered or explained! Owners you should discuss the sales methods to your associates! The old owners were all about customer service! UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE 8-21-25 Just an update Josh the manager reached out corrected the issue & refunded also informed me that he counseled the employee on the correct way to present services! OUTSTANDING - UNPRECEDENTED -…read more The adhesive holding the back cover to my Samsung S 20 failed. No "service" needed, just adhesive. One place near by wanted $60 to reattach the back. I called BP adn spoke to will. I described the issue. He replied bring it on by...we probably won't even charge you. I brought it by. I enjoyed a brief conversation with a young lady employee while Will did the job. As we were talking, Will returned, handed me the phone and said "have a nice day." Every opportunity to patronize BP in their new location will indeed be a nice day!

Walked in needing to either replace or upgrade my phone. The manager was extremely rude ( Andres)…read more He wasn't much help I had a added amount on my bill but wasn't sure why or what this extra charge was for. He told me to call customer service & ask. Once I went to call he told me to leave the store to call them, although we were in the middle of trying to do a upgrade for a phone. I told him I wasn't comfortable with going forward with a new purchase until I figured out why these extra charges were on the account. By me basically not willing to give him my card information it was like he was totally over helping me. He was rolling his eyes the entire time his demeanor was like he wasn't even trying to help me understand what the chargers were for. Prior, before trying to place the order for the upgrade I asked him if he could call a few stores in the surrounding area to see if they had one of the phones in stock. He said I was being demanding but as a customer if I'm willing to drive to a different location that may have the phone I need I don't think that was a demanding or a difficult request.. as that should be his job. He was also talking badly about other customers in the store in front of me which was very inappropriate & especially as a manager. Also to tell a customer to leave the store to make a call to customer service after a Employee is telling me to call I think that just sounds absolutely outrageous. His words were if I call while he sits there he's hourly and makes him look " unproductive" .... I'm sorry I am mind blown at this manager. If I was the owner of the store I would definitely run the cameras to watch the experience that I had to encounter with him because it was not Pleasant.
