He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent about pricing and monitoring options. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks, just honest guidance and quality work. He completed the installation promptly, took the time to teach us how to use the new system, and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was working well. I explained my problem as best I could and Vince asked couple questions and then told me to press a certain setting for the receiver and sound was once again coming out of the speakers! Less than 15 minutes and he fixed the problem over the phone! We certainly know who to call for our entertainment system, security system, or lighting installations in the future. We have a Bay Alarm system that was installed by the previous owners. We purchased the home 7 years…read moreago. We had our windows replaced and the installers saved the alarm sensors and pulled the wires through the window frames. Bay Alarm wanted over $1,000 to reconnect the sensors. I told them over and over this was not a new install and the wires are already pulled through, they offered me 1/2 off to sign a year long contract. After the installation, several of our hard wired windows were switched to wireless sensors because the "wires were too short". When the technicians left, we couldn't arm the system due to a fault in the garage door. I called Bay Alarm and had to wait another week for someone else to come out and repair that issue, I asked that technician why some hardwired sensors were switched to wireless and he didn't think the wires were too short. A couple weeks ago I received a text there was a problem with our radio signal on our alarm system. I called, as the text instructed me to, and they quoted me $150 to come fix the issue with their equipment which I pay a monthly fee to use. Ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager, who walked me through how to run a test and it was working again so the service call was avoided, for now. I got a survey asking about my experience and the branch manager (Zachary) emailed me to set up a time to talk. I replied, that was a week ago-no call or reply. If Bay Alarm wasn't already installed in our home we wouldn't use their service.

I purchased a home in Mountain House with a camera system installed with the previous owners. It was installed by the Camera Guys and I must say the installation is superb. Because I didn't purchase the surveillance system, I was highly surprised Mike was so willing to help me set up my dvr and get the NVMS app up and running so I can see everything that's going on at my house from my phone. He troubleshot my system and recognized my dvr wasn't connected to the Internet and told me exactly what I needed. I asked if I could schedule an appointment for them to do it but he said if I just get a WiFi range extender he can get it up and running remotely which he did in a matter of minutes. It's not often you come across a company with such good customer service and good honest people so I wanted to write an honest review. I am pretty picky who enters my home. Matt & Robert had respect for my home, they both asked me where I would like the hole at, to run the wires, not just poke a hole where ever they wanted to. If you want your job done right-hire the camera guys, also Al is super nice guy, along with Mike, who knows what they're talking about, there was some misunderstanding, on my part, not theirs, and the whole team was on it, to address the issue, with professional conduct. Matt & Robert clean their mess behind them, unlike others, they didn't leave it for me to clean. I see why they have 5 stars, oh, also Mike helped me retrieve footage on my iPad. The camera Guys did my & my brother business locations. They have installed over 12 cameras for us at both locations. Mike & his crew built extremely reliable system for us & always quick to respond to calls (and emails). These guys really know what they're doing, I even received help with my home automation and my home audio. Plus on top of all that systems are built with future upgrades in mind, thanks to their forward thinking we have access to cameras with our Android phones (sorry Apple, me & my brother are Android fans) on a go! These guys are great! They are professional, polite, and are extremely knowledgeable of their trade. My wife and I are loving the web connected system they installed in our home. It gives us that added peace of mind as we can now see what is happening right from our phone or iPad when we are out of town. I been trying to stay positive with this company as it's been over 8 months they did my install …read more I still owe them some money and have spoken with Jerry several times about my need of them to organize the pictures on my monitor and clean up the spegetti factory of wiring they left at 2 of the 3 homes they wired and the several times they had to come back for the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing over there. I received a call from their office manager about 2 months ago for the final payment and told her my problem, she advised jerry and jerry called me and i sent him photos of how my screen needed to show pictures for they had no organization to the lay out. He said he called steve and steve called me and I called him back n still awaiting his call months later. the office manager left me a message thursday saying if they didn't get paid they would turn me into collections and turn my cameras off. today is saturday and they cut my service but don't realize they opened their self up to major liability.... I called Jerry and jerry told me he was cooking and hung up on me... look at some of the other reviews and see how their leadership guides the company.... LOL Buyer Beware!!!!

The work itself was top quality, they ran the wiring through the addition, which wasn't the easiest route but was by far the cleanest, and they never cut corners. What stood out most was the honesty. The price included setting up the whole camera system, but I didn't have the equipment on site. Instead of letting me assume that was my problem, he told me the cost was the same either way and gave me time to run to Costco to grab the system so he could set it all up, even though it meant more work for him and no extra money.
