I realize when you move to that part of town the people expect to pay more but it's just not the same. It's not as good and it costs so much more.... Like you're paying top dollar to look at the ocean. So if it was my shop I would turn it back into the Green lLon and I would open it up to people who enjoy the good life and not being gouged for it. I think they'd make up the difference in volume. Maybe they should try it.
