I tried the chicken and waffles. It's chicken, wings and flaps, just average. The apple fritter was very large , tasty however, it was also extremely greasy. Reasonable prices and workers are friendly and nice. No indoor seating so got it to go. Seafood grits breakfast was delicious and a lot of food. My friend got Louisiana omelet and said it was good. Saw the chicken and waffles that included 5 pieces looked great but didn't try it. I also had the beignet with icing and pecans. It was 4 pieces and decadent. The buttermilk drops have a nice crunchy outside and a soft cake like inside and very delicious and the prices can't be beat. I'm also a fan of the apple fritter which has a decent amount of apple bits throughout the soft interior and the perfect amount of glaze outside. Today is an odd day. Ordered breakfast like I have many times before. And I went to reach into the bag and something cut me . I looked in the bag and there was a razor blade. I have no idea how or why it was in there. But there's nothing okay about this. I tried to call the bakery because I wanted answers but no one answered.
