Cameo is so lovely! We visited to experience the festive decorations and were pleasantly surprised…read moreby how delicious the food was. We made a reservation on their website and upon arrival, I was glad we did. There's limited seating indoors, about 10 tables mostly for parties of 2. There's also patio seating with a few space heaters. There was 1 server handling all the tables indoors and she was fantastic. We tried a couple lattes, croissant sammies, and the cinnamon roll. The chicken salad sammie was my favorite. The croissant was fluffy and buttery and the chicken salad was refreshing. The cinnamon roll was great too, though a tad too sweet for me, and is made with croissant dough.

I struggled to rate this place. Cute place, good coffee, not good cupcakes. I got an iced…read morecaramel macchiato and that was a solid 4.5 +. Very coffee forward and I can taste the caramel. The cupcakes were a 2.75. They look good- but they were dry (especially the almond raspberry) The vanilla cake was maybe the better of the four cupcakes - softer but tasty eggy / chewy. Not really soft and moist. The chocolates were both dry, dense, and not soft. The raspberry jam tasted chemically. The best part of the four cupcakes was the chocolate ganache on the double chocolate. The inside was extremely cute and cozy looking. The service was nice and friendly.

Easily twice as big as the other guys. But... It's the taste that counts. These are simply the best donuts I've ever had. EVER!!! Taste fantastic and true to its intended flavor. The lemon cream was tangy & tart while still being sweet but not too sweet. The blueberry had a lovely glaze and delicious berries. I could go on and on, till the break of dawn. If you want donuts that are a real treat not some cookie cutter franchise then give them a shot. I'll be picking some up for the Superbowl. And like Broadway Joe; I guarantee you'll love them.

Country Style Donuts was close to our hotel, so we decided to give it a try. The shop itself is a little tucked away and has limited parking out front and the building definitely feels dated, but we were still excited to try something new. We picked out a dozen donuts planning to head back to the hotel relax with some milk and enjoy a couples movie night. Unfortunately, the excitement ended petty quickly. Even though we were told the donuts were baked fresh every morning, they tasted stale and completely lacked flavor. We each took a bite of every donut in the box, hoping maybe we'd just chosen the wrong ones to start with, but all of them had the same issue. They were dry, flat-tasking, and honestly inedible. We were planning to return the next day to take some home to family but after our first few bites that went out the window. On top of that the store itself could use some updating, and the bathroom espeically left a lot to be desired. Overall, we really wanted to love this place but the donuts just didn't deliver. Next time we are in the area, we'll have to look for a different spot.
