She told the manager, the manager came by and started questioning if I ordered the steak medium done. I explained no I ordered WELL, but not burnt. Sending my steak back twice didn't even get it well. The ribs were dry and chewy not good at all. Manager argued I didn't know how to order my steak (I'm 61) and he agreed to take steak off our check. To make matters even worse, (my wife was very frustrated and upset my birthday dinner didn't turn out well at all) the waitress kept my wife's credit card and didn't return it to our table. After we left and she was going to use card discovered didn't have and I told her I don't think waitress gave it back. My wife called the place and sure enough it's at restaurant. Now today we have to go back at opening and get the card. Some may like this place, we won't be back!!!
